A good all around cafe but the service is sometimes lacking.

Insanely slow service. Took 20 minutes to make and serve me a latte and a brownie from the display. They were not busy at all. There were only 3 other patrons here and all of them had been served. Nobody came up to buy anything while I was waiting. Would love to know what the hell they're doing with their time. The coffee is burnt, with way too much water for a latte and far too hot. Won't be coming back

Regarding the food not cook well, we send back the plate where was clear that the food was not cooked enough, the manager bring us the plate back and started tell us that the fish was supposed to be like that, honestly they need a better customer service, and a better know about food handling. Definitely not coming back!

Service is incredibly slow and the coffee is bitter. The staff spend a silly amount of time talking to each other instead of completing your order.
