Mert was fantastic. Went to find a suit for me for a special occasion, and unfortunately they did not have my size so he rang around and found exactly what I wanted from another store whilst also fitting me with a similar suit but different colour to make sure the sizing was correct. I then went and collected the suit of my choice from another store which was an easy day out. Thank you so much mate for helping me and making my day simpler. Great job!

About two months ago we had a great experience at this store that I just had to write a review about. The store has a wide range of clothing options to suit needs. More than anything we were extremely impressed with the service we received from Shireen. She went above and beyond to ensure we left the store satisfied with our experience. We highly recommend and will be back!

Recently had two Amazing experiences here. My first experience was with Vicky. She was genuine, had very good product knowledge, knew where everything was and was very helpful and i didnt have to do any of the hard work in picking out a suit. She was very professional. I just gave her an idea of what i was after and she went and picked out the right stuff for me. She even got my size right in the two goes. She made my experience so easy and great even though I walked in dreading how difficult it may be to pick out a suit. My next experience was with Meghavi, i came in at around 5.10pm and they were closing soon but she welcomed me and told me it's fine and she will definitely help me out. We picked out a few shirts and a pair of shoes and she was so helpful and i felt like she would go the extra mile for me. She had a great smile the whole time she was helping me and she made sure that i got what i was looking for. I also got some great advice from Shireen there who was also helpful. I left as a very happy customer. I was so surprised as i had not been to a Connor store in a long time but i feel that Connor has definitely picked up it's game and is now a shop to watch out for. They are hiring the right people and have impressively good products. Nice work Connor! Will hopefully be back soon for more of your stuff and will recommend you to my family and friends! Was purchasing a suit and this one lady helped me out so much. Helped me find the right size for me.

I recently visited Connor Dandenong for shopping for suits, and I must say it was a fantastic experience. The store had a great selection of stylish suits, and the staff, especially Yani, were incredibly helpful throughout my shopping journey.

Yani went above and beyond to assist me in finding the perfect suit. They patiently listened to my preferences and offered valuable suggestions based on their extensive knowledge of the available options. Yani's keen eye for detail and understanding of different fits helped me find a suit that not only looked great but also fit perfectly.

Moreover, Yani's expertise in coordinating accessories, such as ties and pocket squares, added an extra touch of elegance to my ensemble. Their friendly demeanor and willingness to go the extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction made the shopping experience truly enjoyable.

. Very easy to find from the google directory. I spent less than 5 minutes walking from my car to the shop at a casual pace (having only been to Dandenong plaza once before).
. Great value for money also.

Merisa helped me to suit up, literally from the ground up. Turning this rough-around-the-edge tradie into a very respectable looking gentleman.
Merisa was not pushy in any way, or tried to upsell anything that was not necessary, whilst also on the other hand asked if I had the rest of the attire thought out... Which I didn't. haha
Such as asking if I had adequate footwear, a belt, a collared shirt to match etc. without trying to force a sale for extra accessories that I may have already owned.
Merisa also offered to have the suit and pants altered to fit. Which I was very impressed with: not having to take the items elsewhere. And also on the same day!! #Winning!
I left the shop to run some errands, and received 2 phone calls from Merisa telling me the expected pickup time for the suit, and once again when it was ready for pickup. Superb communication.

I will be returning. But maybe next time I'll buy some very cool casual wear instead of a suit. I was quite impressed with the styles of the short sleeved collared shirts I saw when I returned to pick up the suit.

Went there Saturday morning and the sales girl was amazing helped my husband with a suit and all the accessories that he needed Then helped with all the alterations. Best service ever

I rarely write feedback! but just want to say - so far, this is the best place for customer service. I was looked after by a Turkish gentlemen who shared a wealth of knowledge and passion. And to top it off I had a lovely cashier blonde filo/viet lady take care of me! Customer service from the start to the end is the best you could ever ask for! Well done.

Received the best service from Firas at Dandenong shop on Saturday. Exceptional service from a fantastic friendly young man. I was so impressed that I offered him to choose any shirt from his shop as a gift but he was too classy and nicely refused it. So I thought he deserved this comment.

Very nice design shop and very clean. Staff members are very helpful. Efficient customer experience and when my son and I visited for his suit fitting the staff member efficiently serviced us.

First time today in Conor, honestly after reading all this bad reviews about stuff there I was thinking not to go but I decided to give them a chance, I was really surprised with the level of professionalism with customers from the guy who worked there I don't know his name but on the receipe which I've got on my email I can read Sales Person No: 3185

He sold me a Jacket, two pants, belt, three shirts and he was all the time polite and nice with suggestions. In conclusion we shouldn't never trust negative reviews until we check it in person.
Prices are pretty low you take more than you pay 😁

The staff at Connor Dandy Plaza are very friendly and they never stop greeting their customers. I came down here last week to do an exchanged for the item that i purchase at Fountain Gate. The lady was very helpful and customer service was class A despite it was a very busy day!

Went in today with my 15 year old son and was greeted by a lovely girl named Vonda. She was extremely helpful and we walked out very happy with the service.

Have bought from Connor multiple times, also always satisfied. Took a damaged garment back today, received excellent service.

I can usually buy what I'm looking for at Connor. One of my go-to places for good quality clothing.
