Storage King seems to be the best and most competitive on setup and storage fee... sign up processes were easy and straightforward ... staff at the Yarraville storage centre office
were very professional and helpful... Lastly... the storage area is super clean, with good lighting and finding your way around was no problem... altogether that's a seamless and super professional experience...

This place is great. It’s a newer facility so everything is clean. Great lifts, not too dusty and most importantly it’s cheaper than everywhere else I tried. The car access is also quite safe and out of the weather. Would highly recommend.

Convenient, easy access, great service on-site when moving items in for the first time. Great value too. I only had a small move to make when moving between apartments so didn’t have a large budget and only needed something small. Storage King Yarraville had the options and met my budget with ease. Highly recommended!

6 months here. A great storage facility. In such a handy location too. Quite a few parking spots inside and out. Easy to get up and down with things on the upper levels. Customer service was always brilliant. Thank you Priyal for all your help! Highly recommended.

What an amazing service! Kristy was so helpful, warm and pleasant from the moment I worked into her store. I had been looking for storage in the west for several hours but all the others were either too expensive or were charging an extra $50 for the occasional delivery to the storage facility. Kristy's was the cheapest, cleanest, most modern I had seen all day. I paid my deposit on the spot! Plus, she's giving me the use of their truck COMPLETELY FREE OF CHARGE on the day that I have to move storage facilities. Well done Kristy and Storage King. A great way to the end the year. Mark

We inspected a few units which we didn't end up needing. Kristy was excellent though, taking us through a few units that would be best for what we needed, and their location within the facility. She even rang another location to see if they had a better option for us.
We really valued the time she took to talk to us about all the options and facilities, and should we need to have storage in the future this will be our number one choice.

Kristy and the team are very helpful, friendly and professional. The facility is always immaculate and the location is very accessible to Melbourne and the West.

We were able to inquire, walk through multiple units and secure one all within around 30 mins. They know what they're doing and are an absolute pleasure to deal with.

I had a great experience having stored the contents of my home after an interstate move. The premises are clean, secure and accessible. The staff were helpful and friendly from the beginning and on vacating the unit, with exceptional customer service by Paul.

Seamless move in process and the free van to assist in moving was a bonus. Plenty of secure parking to use while unloading.
