I had a fantastic experience at this clinic. The staff was friendly and helpful, making me feel comfortable from the moment I walked in. All medical professionals were knowledgeable, addressing my concerns with patience and expertise. I appreciate the high level of care and efficiency here and definitely recommend it for anyone seeking quality healthcare.

Usually seen at or close to appt time. The clinic also has a number of allied health services who operate or visit here regularly including pathology, podiatry, optometry, etc. The receptionists are friendly, helpful and caring and will do their best to accommodate patients availability for appts, but bear in mind that each member of their team of doctors often have specialities/interests in specific health conditions, so their doctors are often in high demand, but the reception staff will do their best to get you in as early as possible, depending on the urgency required.
My doctor (Mohsen Shojae) is exceptional, being professional, knowledgeable and caring. I have complex medical needs and as a result, need to have regular appts and on each visit, I am always treated with respect by all staff. Dr Mohsen actually listens to my needs and responds accordingly. I have also seen Dr Chalwe at this centre when my GP was on leave and whilst he has a different "bedside manner", he is down to earth, practical and I felt he was also caring and knowledgeable. I prefer face to face appts in preference to telehealth appts as they have had some issues with their telehealth booking system in the past, but I highly recommend this medical centre, especially for face to face appts.

Great local clinic with stable and experienced health reception, nurses and doctors. We have been patients of Dr Amani Hanna for years and will continue our patronage for our family health. The clinic does mixed billings and as any health institute does bulk bill for kids.

I very happy with Lincolnville Medical Clinic. I am seeing Dr. Mohsen Shojae and finally found a doctor that really listens to me and really cares. The clinic has many doctors male and female and they are open 7 days a week which is marvellous. They even have pathology there and you also can get your COVID injections there.
Also the receptionists are so friendly, helpful and caring.
Believe me it is hard to find a good doctor that really understands your illness, I am so glad that I found a clinic and doctor who is there to help me and understands my condition.
I am so grateful and have so much respect for Dr. Mohsen who has gone out of his way to help me when I needed the most.

I have seen many doctors here and all have been great, Dr Ann is so thorough, empathetic and really caring. I never feel like a number in a line with her. Thank you for caring and looking after others 🙏
My only suggestion is....the waiting room needs an upgrade, reconfiguration, more chairs or seat options. Often people are standing and I feel bad for the older people. The layout isn't functional and think it wouldn't take much to make it work more effectively including smaller footprint chairs.

Great local medical centre and very friendly helpful staff. Easy to book online using the Health Engine App and receive appointment reminders via email and sms. Dorevitch Pathology also within the medical centre, which makes it very convenient! Highly recommended.

This is my favourite place to be if I need help from the specialist. My favourite docter ever is DR Monica arjani she such an amazing person , she so positive, she is my GP since 2018 until now including my family . She was very good docter , she so helpful, kind and give me good advice when I need her . She always said health is the most important . She doing very good job and solve all the problems well . She was so passionate with her job . And so detailed. She is amazing doctor that I have in Melbourne. Very recommend to all . The clinic was so clean & tidy . All the staff members so friendly.
