Did a click and collect for 3 boxes of Uberbrau to be collected on Christmas Eve and it was flat out busy. A lovely lady about 40 years oldwasever so helpful, cheery and I left feeling very happy with my experience. Thank you lovely lady

The staff at this liquor land are the best, I moved to Yarraville two years ago and the quality of customer service never lets up. I have definitely told the staff way to much about my personal life and they are so kind and always remember me. Be kind to your local bottle shop staff!

Eirene is the best such a lovely lady with great customer service. She helped me with finding something and also helped me by suggesting different things to try and i wasn't disappointed. Thank you Liquor-land for having great staff like Eirene we need more Eirenes in this world.

I accidentally knocked over a bottle and the woman behind the counter was more concerned for me than the broken bottle (though she dealt with that too). Well done guys. I don’t expect to be treated nicely in a chain store, and I appreciated it.
