It was as challenging as you wanted it to be, an open class that accommodated various levels of ability. It had been my first time in a long time and I was so glad I attended today.

Have tried many studios before sticking with Bodyrok and I’m glad I did. Instructors are friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Good mix of instructors so classes are varied. They can cater classes to any fitness level which helps when was pregnant. Definitely recommend coming here!

My first visit to BODYROK was great! The instructors are all so welcoming and I felt confident and right at home after the first class. It was my first time doing a reformer class and Shantel took me through everything I needed to know about the reformer and was really helpful whenever I was unsure of any of the exercises. A beautiful studio and lovely instructors to go with it! Highly recommend!

I have been a member of this studio for over 7 years now, love the vibe here. Every instructor has something different to offer, which I love, no class is the same which keeps it intersting and fun. Always have a great workout and the instructors are all very friendly and make you feel comfortable no matter what your level you are.
Love a workout environment that really gets to know their members and can build up that relationship with each client.

An incredibly welcoming and fun pilates studio with creative, friendly and knowledgeable instructors. There’s such a warm community feeling at BODYROK. So many amazing clients that have become friends over the years. My favourite place to be and practice Pilates.

Very clean studio (doesn't smell of sweat like other studios), and great instructors who are confident, upbeat, positive and not pretentious. Not many places per class so it feels intimate, personal and you can be corrected/helped if you are doing something wrong, something you wouldn't be able to do at some of the other studios who have more people in their classes.

Great place for a work out, after many years of gym classes, tennis and running, reformer was the first class where i saw a dramatic change in my body, especially after 3 kids. Beautiful fit out and a fun bunch of trainers.

In-between my back surgery I saw Olivia to help with pain management and to strengthened my core, the care I received was fantastic, the studio is beautiful and the girls are all lovely.

Great experience, I joined bodyrok after a shoulder injury, the experienced staff guided me with the correct Pilates and Reformer exercises, now I have full movement and stronger than before the accident.

Have been a long time member of Bodyrok at the Keilor Village. Beautiful bright light filled space with energetic instructors always there to make a work our fun and relaxing!
