I was uncertain at first going up against the insurance company but my experience was excellent. Haley and Younis were professional and very helpful from start to finish. I had a hire car delivered within 2 hours of my accident and I did not have to deal with my or the car owner's (who was at fault) insurance company. Very positive experience - I will be recommending them in the future

Hi.
It took over 6 months for my claim to be finalised.
However Frances was very supportive and promt with communication when I emailed.
It wasnt the fault of the recovery company that it took that long to settle.
For the fee that they charge is very minimal in the scheme of things and how long it took.
Frances also supported the other party involved in the accident.
If it hadnt been for Daniels recovery am not sure I would have got anyway with the insurance company.

Had Francis I think her name was contact me about an accident I had been in, I had never met someone so unprofessional. She threatened to sue me over absolutely nothing and hung up on me. The attitude she had on her was disgusting and would not want to deal with someone like her again.
