My wife Tracy was looking for mother of the bride dress, it needed to be a light blue and long sleeve to match the theme, Lisa found one that was a perfect fit for the occasion, as an observer of this process, I was extremely impressed with the patience and skill that Lisa has in her profession of finding the perfect dress for Tracy’s needs, brilliant outstanding service from the time of walking into the store to leaving with complete satisfaction, Huge Thank you Lisa for putting a smile on Tracy’s face. Keep on working your magic.

Headed into the Berwick store to find a dress for a Christmas Party and event. Staff was SO helpful helping me try on over 10 dresses.
Left with 2 gorgeous outfits!

Amazing shop and the best service/shopping experience I've ever had buying clothes. As a new mum with low body confidence, I was completely blown away by shop owner Lisa's service. I'm not good at shopping for clothes and dressing up for an awards night was daunting. She helped me select some outfits to suit and compliment my body, I ended up going with the first thing she picked out and I received too many compliments to count at the event! Thank you Lisa! Your shop is beautiful and I don't think I'll ever shop elsewhere! 5 stars.

Above and beyond service. I called to confirm opening hours to exchange a dress for size. They had a correct size in the Emerald store and as I live down the hill they very kindly went out of their way on their own way home and swapped the dresses for me at home - so kind and thoughtful - thank you

Upon my visit to little blackbird there was too much pressure to buy something and did not feel I was able to freely look around.
I understand they need to make sales however this was slightly off putting.

Had a really positive experience the first time I visited, but a really negative second experience. The lady, who I think is the 2IC, was incredibly rude. Not sure if I will shop there again.
