Australia Post - Gladstone Park Post Shop

I went to collect a package and was served by Tracey. My hands were full with my dog my handbag and my shopping bag which had the collection ticket in it. I got a bit jittery trying to find my ticket. She couldn't have been any nicer or helpful and she offered to help me put my items together so I could carry them more easily. Outstanding Customer Service

Good service 👍, I got my parcel in a matter of minutes, in order to collect present your Id card and show the bar code from the app.

Went to purchase ax express post box. The friendly staff gave me good advice and options. Also told me that express post is not guaranteed next day delivery due to Coronavirus.
The staff advised me to bring back the box and drop at the counter not in the yellow box.
However I took a punt and my delivery reached its destination within 24 hours. I could not believe for a moment that the recipient got the package within 24 hours.
The postie who bring my mails are also very friendly.
The courier guy in our area is a great to deal with.
Very pleasant people at Australia Post Gladstone Park and the whole operation is great for me.

Gladstone Park Australia Post is not my local but I'll definitely be making the extra 10 minute drive for all my postal needs. I've visited a handful of times and the ladies are consistently helpful and attentive. It hasn't gone unnoticed! :)

Arrived just before 9am Saturday and waited till doors opened. Was able to pick up my parcel quickly. I have been here also about 930am and the queue gets long. This is not the post office's fault. Just the way it is I guess.

You can make an appointment and get passport photo taken and lodge it at this PO.

Staff is friendly.

They also have self serve checkout at this PO which makes things quicker for easy transactions like buying envelopes/boxes and stamps. Usually a staff is there to help out at these checkouts.

The shopping centre is hard to navigate if it is your first time. Lookout for YPA real estate or Priceline - the post office is opposite these stores.

Fantastic post office. Love the layout. Staff have been and are friendly and helpful. Very handy location and leaves other post offices for dead.

Collecting a missed-delivery parcel from here is disaster because they work prime hours only 9-5 Mon-Fri, and it was not accidental that deliverymen failed to deliver my parcels more often in this area. I caught them read handed twice on camera (already reported to their customer service) they did not bring the stuff for delivery but instead just put a prepared "You have parcel to pickup" paper in my post box. Such a terrible service! I asked the staff to put my address for authority to leave for all up-coming parcels and I'll be responsible for that, but he said it cannot be done (what on earth?) Worst of the already worst!

Wow! waited 15 mins to find they have lost my parcel. One girl serving on the desk. 9 people in line. 1 staff member out the back. 1 on the door directing people into the ever growing line whilst the poor girl at the desk struggles on her own. And they wonder why Australia Post is failing as a business....
