Symes Accident Repairs

From the first phone call where they said just come down anytime on the day I was booked,they very helpful, even made a quick adjustment to the bonnet so we could close it as it was popped open and wouldn't shut properly.
Their communication along the way leading up to the day of repair was excellent they were always courteous and had time to explain things on the phone to you.
They also kept me informed as two potential delay and were very informative once again.
When I picked up the vehicle, I could see from a quick glance that the repair was of a very high standard, and some extra things were done that I didn't expect , I was over the moon 🌚 happy with their work.
Huge thanks to Wayne and all the boys out there truly excellent old school service certainly a rare thing these days, an absolute pleasure to experience it.

Left my red Holden ute for work on its body which was really knocked around. Andrew Sedgman kept me up to date all the way and when I pick it up today I could not be happier with the finished result. Simply outstanding and superb work done by the Symes team.

I have used Symes in my previous repair to my car and was assessed by Barney.
This morning I had a small accident and met Barney again.
He is so honest and say that all I needed is a polish and buff.
As I know nothing about repairs I found this company to be both honest and courteous when we are most upset about our vehicle.

The guys at Symes were amazing! My vehicle was rear ended and the guys were super helpful. They updated me every week while it was with them and did an incredible job! My car came back to me cleaner than I've ever been able to make it myself. Thanks so much guys! Incredible work!

absolutely wonderful help and kindness was shown to me when I was in a terrible stressed state with a flat tyre. Attended workshop after a minor bingle with a fence, which broke a plastic part on my car. The staff were very friendly and helpful, they had my car in right away and the repair was completed in no time at all. Highly recommend their services. Thank you again so much for your help today 😊

Had a couple of small jobs done at Symes and very happy with them. RACV approved. Large, modern tidy work shop, very professional looking. Parking in front, comfortable lounge with Espresso machine whilst you wait. Wayne helped us this time with getting a quote. Pleasantly surprised at how quickly the quote was done, it was already in my inbox by the time I got home.

I took my car to Symes for an aesthetic front bumper repair. I was so panicked about it, as I'd never had never done damage to my car and had put tape everywhere etc. The staff were wonderful, explained what I needed to do, what they were going to do and helped calm my anxiety over the whole situation.
There was an issue with one of the parts for my car, and they called me to update me every step of the way until my car was ready.
When I picked up my car, the gentleman I had been dealing with was wonderful, he also gave me a mechanic recommendation as I am new to the area.

A day after I picked up my car, I noticed a funny burning smell. I called Symes and they asked me to swing past so they could look.
I know nothing about cars, but the same gentleman came out, took a look, even topped up my coolant for me and gave me some suggestions as to what might be the cause.
I was never assuming Symes had done something wrong, but they were so kind to once again, put my mind at ease.

Thank you so much for making this very anxious experience smooth and easy for me!
I hope to never have to get my car repaired again, but if I do, I will be going straight to Symes!

My family has been going to Symes Rapairs for many years and every encounter has been great. They have wonderful service, great turn around times and ensure that you've got all the information you need to sort out a replacement car. They always go above and beyond to provide great customer service, special mention to Barnabe and Andrew for being extremely helpful! I'll forever be taking my car to Symez.

There were numerous issues with my job but Barnaby and the team eventually sorted it all out and the result is pretty much perfect. These guys care and their work is first class.

I've been dealing with them for over 26 years and can't fault them. I did have one incident but that was sorted out immediately. All good.
