Dr. Roozbeh Malekzadeh is a God send of a doctor. The most genuine, kind, caring, compassionate and thorough doctor I have ever had. Dr. Malekzadeh treated me throughout my whole pregnancy and cared for our son after his birth and took great care of our whole family on every visit. Our son is now 5 and we have since relocated to New Zealand and am so guttered we don't have the pleasure anymore of having such an amazing doctor. I still rave about Dr. Malekzadeh when anyone is talking about doctors. I have yet to have found such a skilled and thorough doctor since. I will never forget him and his kind, warm nature and very attentive expertise. Thank you Dr. Malekzadeh for being a true gem to this world.

My family sees Dr Al-Saffar. He is very thorough, kind and always takes his time to listen.
I brought my dad to the clinic a few months ago when he was too sick and Dr Al-Saffar saved his life.
The nurses are great too.
They still bulk-bill pensioners and children during weekdays.

Doctor Huda and Dr El-Koury are well trained professionals. Dr Huda has experience with babies and follows Swiss baby food protocol. I love it!

Have been seeing Dr. Hamsa for a few years now, and get customer service and empathy is second to none. She has me feeling as though all my concerns are addressed and have recently visited her with my newborn which made for a very comforting experience.

This place is home to the best doctor of all time. Dr Hannah El-khoury. I have been seeing him my whole life!!! He has helped me out every time I saw him. Never once did he disappoint or make a mistake!! Best doctor ever!

I have been going there for like 25 or more years I seen nearly all the doctors had so many blood tests all my kids came here grand children go there the Receptionist are fantastic I know I shouldn’t have a favourite doctor but I do

Dr.Hannah Elkoury is an excellent physician.He’s compassionate caring clear communication always puts me at ease most of my family members only see him aswell he’s been our family and community doctor for over 30 years he's very respected member of the community has been there for us also I must also mention Dr.Malak.Z
Excellent caring and knows how to deal with any situation..Staff in office are excellent and not rude like other practices that I’ve been to like the one in Watton st Werribee they don’t even answer the phone
Overall one of the best practices in all of Victoria.

Reception staff are always polite, prompt and professional. Nurse team also fantastic, knowledgeable and caring. Have been coming here since 2012. Tend to have long practicing GPs in terms of tenure so my daughter and I enjoy consistency in excellent care over the years. First Dr Goyal, then Dr Matthew Wilson and in more recent years as both these GPs have moved out of the area. Dr Richard Cai. Dr Cai is kind, experienced, thorough GP. Dr Cai is very dilgent in follow up appointments as well, thank you we appreciate the care this clinic provides us.

My one year old son has seen Dr Huda on multiple occasions and I cannot recommend her highly enough for a sick child. She is caring and experienced.
Dr Hamsa has been a knowledgeable and thorough GP throughout the initial stages of my pregnancy.

Dr Matthew Wilson is the best Dr I have ever been treated by. He is highly professional, empathetic, thorough and extremely capable. I work in the healthcare industry and its very very rare to meet a male Dr with such an excellent bedside manner.

Have been back regularly here over the years to do lots of pregnancy related checks and have been well looked after. They really do everything here and now my whole family is under their care. I’ve seen at least 5 doctors regularly including Dr Pietus and they are honestly all great and knowledgeable. Reception are excellent too - in my experience there’s only been a negative incident with them because I came in late by booking the wrong time.

Love this place! My family and I have been coming here for almost 20 years now. Dr Tara Hillen (albeit relatively new to the practice) is really great; she is very understanding, compassionate, and easy to talk to. Shows great concern too and didn't even rush me out of there at all! Even called me to check that everything was okay. I've definitely found my new regular GP.

All the Doctors here have been kind and exceptional. Wait times are normal for a busy bulk billing clinic. People are leaving negative reviews confused as to why the reception staff have been stressed out recently... can't imagine how hard their job would have been this year. People need to get a grip. This clinic is great

First went to this medical centre more than 20 years ago, and have never had a bad experience with one of the doctors. Dr El Khoury and more recently Dr Pietas Nayamayaro are exceptionally good GPs - thorough, always listen and explore a health problem, and never rush. Importantly, they don't over prescribe which I experienced with GPs in the USA and UK.

This group of doctors are exceptional. If you don't make an appointment there may be a wait, but guess what? Good doctors are in demand, so plan ahead and give them time to fit you in. I have never been disappointed by any of the doctors I have seen there and would rather wait for an appointment when they are busy than go elsewhere! Keep up the great work!

DR Goyal has been our new found doctor, he is very thorough, listens, ask questions and then diagnoses and provides recommendations and treatment. The receptionists have always been pleasant and helpful. Yes, sometimes you may have to experience a wait however never been to a practice in which the appointment schedule have run on time!

My family has been going here for more than 3 years now and have been happy with the service. Usually in and out without too much waiting around. Unfortunately my regular doctor (Dr Goyal) moved to Sydney recently, but the young doctor I saw was friendly attentive.

Dr Goyal is an absolute saint. Most wonderful caring doctor I have ever been to. Brilliant with kids and adults alike. The wait time here can be a little long but that's because the doctors do not rush you out the door!

Fantastic medical clinic. Open 7 days a week, late nights during the week and they bulk bill. I have always received outstanding service from all of the doctors and staff and they can accommodate last minute bookings. Sometimes there can be a bit of a wait when they’re busy but at least they don’t rush you out the door!
