McDonald's

Quite new McDonald's with a standard layout.
Plenty of parking, colocated with a shopping centre sharing the parking.
We've eaten here a few times now and the food is always as fresh as we could hope for .
We liked the comfy padded benches and banquet lounge chairs.
Midweek lunch, staff were very friendly, smiling and efficient.
The female Barista was amazing, great sense of humour and held back making my coffee, so it would be freshly made after our meals.
A credit to the store!
Food was prompt and fresh, exactly what we ordered and expected.
Toilets were clean, fresh and stocked, unlike last time, so an improvement!

Place is quiet even though it is on Princess Highway.

The girl who prepare our food and drink is very polite.

On Wednesday 22nd March 2023 I went to McDonald’s in Sandown. I ordered a Small Cheese Burger Meal without pickles + onions and was served by Marla, Star cooked the food. Eric handed my food out and I also met Steven and we had a chat. I was so proud of this team at McDonald’s. Polite, friendly and great customer service too. I look forward to seeing you soon :)

nice and clean as it wasn't so messy than other ones I went to and the service was pretty good 👍 with the right foods in my order. there is seating around next to playground so can keep an eye on the child/childrens

holy everything was fresh, was very nice, um tbh jus slapped, ice cream was huge and creamy, chicken and cheese double patty was so fresh

Came in early on a Tuesday morning and was served with a smile. Food was fresh and delicious. Just wanted to say thanks to Natalina and Haleem who provided excellent customer service throughout Drive-Thru.

Conveniently located next to a huge shopping centre. Swift and satisfactory drive through experience. Friendly staff. One of the few McDonald's that prepared orders without messing it up. Not very crowded during our recurring visits on a weekday.

Promote her to be a manager...she is really good...
Her sincere attitude n nature was so fresh n pleasant...

Then comes Nadia ...boy she was good too..told us so gently and kindly that the store was about to close in x amount of minutes..giving us options...that we felt like we were NOT kicked out or forced to leave. ...

Her style was with respect n gentle persuvasion... Brilliantly done ...

Girls keep up the good work...we will be back soon...

The staff are incredible sweet, and go out of their way to make your experience great. Definitely one of the better Maccas around 🍔🍟

A young crew trainer served us around 1pm on Friday 26th of March. His customer service was exceptional. The restaurant was very clean and food was fresh.

I live on the North side of Melbourne and come down to Springvale to see my Girlfriend and this is the best fricken Maccas Ive ever been to in Melbourne. Good customer service, fresh nugs and burgers and they actually fill up the Mcflurrys well. Keep it up. Oh and try their fricken soft serves...its elite!!

Pretty fast service even during the busiest times. Also one of the only McDonald's around thats soft serve and frozen come machines don't break down the second hot weather kick in.

Best maccas in the area, although can be slow at times.

Always great coffee.
The service is usually good, it can be outstanding. There are 1-2 absolute standouts. Thank you.

Fast food and friendly service. Best one around for now. Hopefully the standards do not drop. Food is fresh compared to some places where the fries a floppy and stale.

Possibly the best experience I’ve ever had at a McDonald’s. Crew was lovely, food was amazing and the manager was above all ! Nadia is a superstar and made me feel like I made the right choice going to McDonald’s ! Promotion ?

Polite staff, great service - provided extra food free of charge as I had to wait a few minutes longer for food to be prepared in the drive thru.
