Amazing variety of toolboxes

Very disappointing experience. Paid a deposit on a rooftop tent in October. At the time I paid the deposit I was told that they had stock and I could pick it in early December when I was ready. When I rang to arrange collection I was told that they had sold all of those tents and they needed at least a week's notice to ship one from Queensland (I had told the manager that I was going on a road trip from VIC to WA so I didn't have a week to wait). It left me wondering what I paid the deposit for if it wasn't to have one ready in the agreed time frame. On top of this I was offered an 'upgrade' to the newest model which they did have in stock although they couldn't price match. This meant I was about $400 out of pocket to proceed with the sale. The manager Rooney was completely unapologetic.

These guys have no idea of customer service.
Rooney the manager might be nice talking and providing timeframes to build a custom toolbox. However, timeframes pass and he is in hiding. No replies.
When you drive to get an update, Rooney would again tell you that very soon you are going to get your order. When this 'very soon' is reached and you get nothing, you need to drive again to get an update.
This business is a scam. They get your deposit and then possibly maybe at some point you would get your product if you are lucky.
Avoid.

Just don't bother going to this place.
Order was placed, errors were made in the drawing when the drawing did not reflect what was discussed. Finally the drawings were corrected but it was required to drive to the place to do so. The, we were told that it would be done by such and such date.
Nothing.
They do not even reply to emails when a customer requests an update.
Very poor customer service.
This place was good years ago, not anymore.
