Ordered a 180cm acacia wood electric desk over a month ago. It looks beautiful, works well, and feels built to last. Customer support was lovely and helpful. It makes me happy to buy something so well-made from passionate people. Thank you.

I absolutely love my desk. It is super heavy duty, my husband is impressed by that. I'm using it to sit/stand when I sew and I love that it moves so quickly and quietly from one position to the next so my workflow is not interrupted. If you are trying to decide - stop and buy it, best thing you can do for yourself. I really like the standing mat too.

We were on the hunt for new desks for our office, we went to the usual suspects but were blown away with the service, responsiveness, competitiveness, and quality of the UpDown Desk.

Love love love my new recycled messmate uptown desk! Thanks to the support form Makayla I got an epic deal with the Black Friday specials, I didn't realise I needed the extras until I had them. I also purchased the dual monitor arms which give me more space and look super smooth. I put the desk together myself with little trouble, predrilled holes however will be welcomed in the coming year. The standing mat is essential and I also love the draw. the timber itself is dramatic and has a beautiful spectrum of colour. Yet to attach cable management bar...... hence the dangling power cords.

Very happy with my 1.8m Acacia electric desk a month in. I would have loved an Australian wood, but the cost is high vs lower tier options. Acacia was a decent compromise. The height range exceeds my needs at 6'2".

Very solid build, no wriggle like cheaper options I viewed at chain stores. No difficulty assembling the desk, even self-tapping screws go in easily. Additional drawer is worth it.

Absolutely love my desk. Extremely easy to put together although will need two people to turn it over once done! It's very smooth, brilliant finish and I got the extra drawer which is super handy. Fits two large monitors easily with plenty of space for keyboard , notepads, coffee mugs the works! I wish I had bought it sooner but very worth the money as its looks like it is built to last!

Expensive but brilliant (and I couldn't afford the higher priced hardwoods). A really solid desk. Didn't think I would stand as much I have but good to get me away from sitting as much. Delivery was quick and packaging on delivery was superb. Setup was very simple. I would thoroughly recommend to anyone.

There were so many standing desk out there and it wasn't easy to choose the right one, but I am so glad that I have selected UpDown Desk. I have been using it since day one.
I was excited to have received the delivery earlier than I expected. The desktop was in a very well protected packaging, ensuring no damage during transportation. Installation is very straightforward, just by following the instructions.
Its very smooth and steady when it is going up and down. It is stable and sturdy, with a nice and smooth desktop.

I purchased a black updown desk a year ago and couldn't be happier with my experience. The desk is sturdy and looks great, not to mention the customer service has been exceptional.

It's tare to find companies that do both of these things well and I've had no issues recommending these guys to friends and family.

The online order system was straightforward and very easy to use. I received several emails regarding the status of the order and then the shipping details which was helpful for tracking. I live in WA and the shipping was estimated at 7-10 days and the desk delivery was received within 7 days. The setup was easy and the desk is working perfectly. The previous reviews regarding the sturdiness were on point as at a high level the desk still feels solid and doesn’t move at all.

Absolutely pleased with the Updown desk for my home office. Its attractive and functional and well worth the price. I went with the messmate top and its is so cool. The smooth motion as it rises and lowers is fantastic. I considered a cheaper alternative but I am so glad I went with an UpDown! It took only about an hour to put together and I still am sorting out all my cable management but that will be taken care of as time goes on and I fit out the rest of the needs in my office.

Easy to order, quick delivery, great quality product, reasonably easy to assemble, and works perfectly as promised... what more could you want? Very happy with my desk and it looks great as well. I did need to borrow a cordless drill to fit the desk top to the frame but the process was simple.

It's a really solid desk and feels worth every cent. Can't vouch for the reliability yet as I've only just constructed it, but given it has a 7 year warranty I'd expect reliability to be good as well. There's lots of standing desk people out there, I went with these guys as they were rated the best of the bunch, no regrets.

Love my desk. It's really sturdy, fits my nook really well and is a high quality. For me, I like that I have to drill and place everything myself. It takes a little bit of time to align but lets you decide how much room you need either side of the legs, think about where you want the control box & cable management to be.

It doesn't go wonky at close to max height like other standing desks I've used. A real 'buy once and forget needing to do it again' kind of purchase so far.

We are very happy with these desk. I got one a while back and loved it so much I decided my husband needed one too. He loves it. I do not like the extra drawer. It is too long downwards for my legs not to hit. It is in my way. So I took it off and got something else for that. So the desk it's self is great but would have loved another option for the drawer.

Great product and quick customer service. I've updated this review based on rectification of an installation issue I had. If I could provide 6 stars I would. If anyone has doubts as to customer support and service then don't fear... this company is a model for how I wish all companies behaved.

A great desk, cannot fault it in any way. Good assembly instructions, worked first time, really good to use: much more comfortable being able to adjust height, and being able to alternate between sitting and standing. Loving my new UpDown standing desk: Updown Pro Messmate Dark 150cm.
It arrived quickly and assembly was easy with the video to follow. The desk is really high quality, solid and stable with top and bottom ranges beyond what i need when working, which is great! (I am 186cm tall.) Raising it using preset buttons, from 74 to 115cm takes 13 seconds and the whirring noise when moving is fine, i think a similar level to my electric toothbrush at arms length.
lt's tranformed the functionality of my office.
Standing meetings feel more social. When up it's great for brief returns for search, print, etc. without breaking the flow of what I was off doing. Being able to park the chair under the desk frees up floor space for guest bedding and it looks and feels great to use! I've been using it for about 5 weeks now and my appreciation has only grown. Thanks for a great product guys!

I’m very impressed with my desk and this company. I ordered a recycled messmate (eucalyptus hardwood) which is very solid and premium build- much better than the particle boards I’m used to. Those who have seen it are very impressed!
Service and delivery were also excellent. When I saw a new deal that was offered on this just after I bought it, the company kindly offered me a better deal- this was much appreciated. Makayla was wonderful to deal with throughout the process.
I recommend this company to anyone in the market for a top quality desk that won’t need replacing anytime soon. I like forward to using the desk for a long time to come!

Had to wait a few months for my 150cm Pheasantwood Standing Desk to come into stock, but it was worth the wait! Wood quality is amazing, and the assembly instructions for the desk were easy to follow. The level of communication from the UpDown Team was above and beyond.
