Every time I have come into this branch I've had exceptional customer service, always very helpful and lovely, especially the Asian lady (sorry can't remember her name) I've had a good laugh with her a few times. She makes the experience comfortable and she's very thoughtful and professional.

Came in with hundreds & hundred of dollars of coins all having different denomination. They don't have a coin machine - however Jenna took it upon herself to arrange and count them all! Didnt take too long but seriously awesome work. Great service.

I don't know why so many negative reviews here, from my experience, the customer service was great, very friendly and helpful.

I found the workers were all very polite and friendly.

Branch Manager was down to earth and professional.She resolved setting up an internet bank banking in few mins

Worst customer service.No Greetings,No one bother to ask why you here and if we take approach from our side.very very very rude answers i am serving someone i can not serve you.what the hell at lest you ask us what we need.No Time limit for simple inquiry waited almost 45 mins and still going on..!!Moreover telling customer for 1.5 meter distance which is nice bit staff it self not wearing mask.

Long queues, no staff.

Went in to withdraw cash out ,they told me that l had to put a order in to withdraw same cash,l said no way .Its my cash and l need it now ,not when bank decided to give it to me.
Whats the put having banks anymore when the try to refuse to give you ,your money.
They stuff me around for about 45 mins ,trying to sell me a personal loan and taking about spams,also mention about if l lose my money they would feel bad,which is not true.
Today Banks are about PROFIT ,NOT CUSTOMER SERVICE.
Its our money which we are making these Big Banks CEO RICH.
If everyone went to the bank Tomorrow to withdraw there savings,all banks would crash ,this is what the world needs .

This bank is hopeless nobody was helpful and when I finally got help they made things worse bad

Customer service was bad. I came to ask questions and instead of helping me or telling someone else to help, she gave me a random contact number and told me to ring them up. And when i tried to explain to her what i want to ask, she refused to listen and said she’s serving other customer. It was an Asian lady working at the waiting list. I was disgusted on how neglected she was to us. I hope she is acknowledged how unhelpful she was and how she shouldn’t be working in her position knowing she isnt willing to offer help to customers.
