Pascoe Vale Road Medical Centre- Dr Golam Mamun

As an African person and living the northern suburbs, it’s really hard to find a good GP since we don’t speak Turkish or Arabic, but since Dr Uthpala joined this medical centre me and my family are only seeing her, she is so kind and generous, I never had a Gp Like her, we used go Somerton Rd medical centre. And the DRs as soon as they noticed you aren’t Middle Eastern they don’t care or listen to you, While their people(middle Easterns)stay and spend time longer than us. I used be really worried living the area but now I can say DR Uthpala changed our lives. Thank you Dr I can’t appreciate how much you’ve done! 👏🏾🫡god bless you.

After looking for a female GP for so many years I've finally found a caring, knowledgable Dr Uthpala Bogahawatta. I was so happy leaving her room as I felt cared for and listened to, she also was very helpful and friendly. Clinic is nice and clean, didnt have to wait, friendly receptionist. Highly recommend!

10/10 front desk and doctor at this medical centre! We didn’t realise our time was earlier and they were happy to still take us in and we got in straight away too! The Receptionist was an absolute delight after a long and difficult booking process online the lovely Receptionist was able to identify an IT issue and get me into the clinic as it was due to close and it may have saved my life literally so i can not thank her enough. Next time I need a doctor I will be bringing her a thank you gift as a token of my appreciation for her helpful nature

I came with my elderly parents who are both unable to speak fluent English. I was stunned by the exceptional service the receptionist (Arkash) gave. He treated us with a great deal of respect and was very patient and friendly with us. My parents loved his manners and he answered all the questions they had in a way that they were able to understand.

Excellent doctors and receptionest would give people a referral to see the doctors therebut finding it hard to get an appointment now

I finally found a decent medical centre with a patient centred approach.

We appreciate my GP at this location. Our family medical appointments are always confirmed, we are not waiting too long and if we have to, it isn't too long. Staff at reception are friendly and work hard.

Just returned from my first visit to this clinic with Dr Uthpala Bogahawatta (Dr UB). She was super friendly, approachable and knew immediately how to resolve the issue I presented with. Cynthia at reception was helpful as well in the lead up to the appt and afterwards with booking my next appt with Dr UB. We've been looking for a new family GP for some time now - so happy that search can finally end!

I went there 11/12/2022 for urgent appointment for little which they gave me straight up in busy schedule appointment. While I been everywhere on that day for appointment in local medical centre but everyone said we not accepting new patients or we fully booked.

Everyone there is awesome and cooperative. Dr UB and the nurse (sorry can not recall her name) helped us a lot ! Great level of care!
