I went in to this store today (9 Sept 2018 at about 1pm) and purchased some wanted and special items. I was very impressed by the staff member. She provided spot on advice, was across the product range and provided welcome advice without up-selling. The stock is lovely, and that staff member is an absolute asset to the business.

I found this place by accident. The customer service was absolutely brilliant. The staff were attentive and happy to have a conversation and a laugh. The shop has many fantastic gift ideas. And the refill station is a great contribution to saving the planet.

Great friendly staff who were able to help me with finding the products I need! Good to find a place that sells cleaning products in bulk, especially ones that are safe for the environment :)

Great range of well chosen quality products. I buy all my shaving products from there which are made by an NZ company called aromatherpy co. Good quality and not too expensive. Great place to find gifts and Christmas presents with the benefits of shopping locally.

I like the product selection but the workers are not friendly or welcoming to Black people. Felt hovered over and all around awkward the last time I went in. Shame because it's a short walk for me. But i will not be spending money here again.
