Pretty typical spotlight, having said that has everything you might need for your fabric needs. Staff are very friendly and helpful and have the knowledge for what you might need as well. Get around then 5 stars

I ❤ spotlight, always find what I need, and what I have to have. Stock is plentiful, staff, educated in products, helpful and well mannered. So I will always be floating in and out this wonderland. Thanks staff at spotlight roxy.

Starting with the staff working there.. they r so so helpful and soft spoken. Secondly, this place has amazing bargains on the top of it the quality is so good. I love going here especially for bedsheets and quilt cover sets. This place never disappoints.

Great help from the older staff and the young girl at the checkout.

Nice place to buy costumes. It has so many costumes choices for adults too. I really loved the mandalorian and batman costume. It also has a very big section for arts and crafts. Nice place to buy gifts such as cookwares and decorating items.

5 Stars to the lovely Alex who went above and beyond to help me with material selection (as needed a particular colour)and advice. Her customer service with a smile was exceptional. I definitely will make Roxburgh Park Spotlight my store of choice in future. Not to mention the great selection of materials and other stock in this store.

This is my happy place. Everytime I have a creative inspiration, I go to Spotlight and find what I need. Staff are reasonably friendly. Today a staff member even oferred to help me get my heavy items to the front counter (francheville modular cubes). Too good 😍

I love this store! They have basically everything under one roof. I brought my mum there to get some fabrics. While she was deciding on what she wanted I stepped away for a moment to look at something else. To my surprise when I came back there was a younger girl helping my mum, she doesn’t have very good English but this girl did her best to try and understand. She was very patient as my mum tried to explain what she wanted and this girl (I think her name was Reeham?) did her best to guide her through the fabric selection and find what she wanted. I am so pleased with the customer service we were provided. Its refreshing to see that level of patience and understanding from the workers.

Huge shout out to Helen who helped my daughter and I with sheets and doona requirements today. The ladies at the front counter were awesome too!! Thankyou

I am giving 5 star because of the good service from staff name Olivia, i wish I had the option to give 0 star for another staff who didn't even listened or checked about return policy for clearance items, I had to replace the sofa cover because it was too short, nothing was mentioned on receipt or anywhere. After that arrogant staff, I went to counter and speak to Olivia, who did the right thing and asked the store manager and refunded for my returned item.

Came into the sew department today with the hopes of getting a certain type of fabric similar to my dress that needed to be lengthened. I was served by the hijabi at the sew counter and she tried looking it up. Nothing online seemed helpful, so she walked me around through different fabric tables that she thought would match what I was looking for. She explained what the fabrics were and had me feel them to see if anything felt close enough and if I was happy with the choice. The fabric that was most suitable to match my dress was a little on the expensive side, but she reassured me that for VIP members it would be half price. I told her I wasn’t a member and she immediately jumped in to say I can be today if I wanted to. I happily bought 2m of it.
It may be something simple but I am grateful that she took the time to help me out the way she did.

I came in yesterday to get some fabrics for my wife's project but I had no idea what I was doing. I must've looked as confused as I felt because the hijabi girl in the sew section asked me if I needed some help. She then took her time helping me work out exactly what my wife asked for. She was patient, kind, thoughtful and understanding. When I got home my wife was surprised that I got everything she wanted right.

Great. We ended up getting curtains and blinds for the whole house. Didn’t need to get anything custom made as the standard stuff was fine. We did it ourselves and it looks Pro. Staff were very helpful and got a great price. Went back to get bedding sets and again got really top quality stuff and best prices. If you want a catalogue special you need to get in quick as they can sell out fast. Overall a great shop.

Whilst there wasn't any staff at the fabric counter the lass who served me at the register was lovely and very helpful 😀

It's a Spotlight.
I go there for the paints which are always in a mess like Lincraft.
Anyway the prices are good.
