Bali Mystique

I recently had a wonderful experience with Bali Mystique. The sales lady was exceptionally helpful throughout the entire process. The environment was inviting, and the overall quality of their products is great. I highly recommend Bali Mystique for anyone seeking a fantastic shopping experience.

It was amazing to finally visit in person, the store was massive. They neatly and beautifully organised the warehouse to display as many iconic and traditional Balinese goodies as possible, anything from jewellery, cleaning supplies to grand statues and furniture pieces. We had the fortune of being attended to by Desiree, an absolute blessing of a soul who helped us with all our purchasing needs.

Brought this beautiful Ganesha Statue from Bali Mystique. Now my backyard looks amazing and the Statue enhances the look just the way we wanted. Thanks to our great sales team at Bali who helped us get this beauty .

Desiree was fantastic in organising transport of the Ganesha statue and table umbrella from the shop over to Western Australia. She was great to talk to on the phone and via email. The statue was extremely well packed in a crate, arrived in perfect condition and looks very happy in our garden. Thanks again.

I love Bali Mystique… their collections and the easy to use website, as an Indonesian in Sydney, from time to time I like to decorate and redecorate my home and garden with Indonesian crafts, statues, pots etc, but I do not want to be bothered lugging a lot of stuff from Indonesia and also having the headache with custom, fumigation etc.
So I prefer Bali Mystique as they are honest, quick to response and always very accomodating… Desiree and Mario are fantastic…always pleasant:)…highly recommended<3

Awesome customer service provided by Desiree, it was a wonderful exciting experience entering the store and we didn't want to leave ! What wonderful customer service. I can't thank Mario enough for his attentive service. We visited the new show room, the staff were friendly and helpful, and we purchased 2 Statues for our courtyard. Mario delivered them to us in Torquay, unpacked them and set them up. I was so happy with the care he took of the decking around as he unpacked the wooden packaging they came in, and then removed the packaging. Thanks Mario, they look amazing, and received many great comments.

Purchased the round mandala rug and so happy with it. Great quality rug. Customer service was great too and delivery wasn’t too long either. Highly recommended. I just wish there was a store closer to the northern suburbs!! Will definitely browse here again 🤗👍

I’ve just had a Bali hut supplied and installed by Mario and his team, they have done an outstanding job with the installation which has transformed my back garden, very easy to deal with, highly professional and without hesitation I would recommend anyone wanting a traditional Bali hut to speak to Mario.

Customer service and quality of products are excellent. We purchased a customised Balinese wall carving to go on our wall cut out. It gave our place a lot of character, something plantation shutters would not be able to do. Most importantly, Mario went above and beyond when it came to communication, personalised service and transparency. Definitely recommend Bali Mystique for unique home furnishings.
