KFC Nunawading

Best thing that happened today. Great customer service. Oscar really made it a pleasure for us. Thanks for that.

A neat and clean KFC, not as busy as one would expect with all the traffic in the area, but I guess the intersection makes it a challenge.
Food here was pretty good as far as KFCs go, chips were much nicer than most KFCs.
Toilets were clean, but the door to them was rather dirty.
But over all it’s a thumbs up from me.

I went here a couple of days ago and it was some of the best kfc i've ever had. Shout out to Paul, he was a real superstar and provided great customer service, He deserves a pay rise

The staff are quite nice that they gave me some extra chicken because I couldn't get my initial order.

Updated, 5***** in mid 2021, from previous 2** review. Had a meal here again and the quality of the food was vastly improved. Service was quick, with a smile and our order was ready in only a few minutes. All correct, meals for 3 people, all fresh, piping hot and crispy: YUMM!! We all love the wicked wings and zinger burgers but missing our favourite Hot and Spicy. WHY, WHY WHY, have you stopped selling this?

Original 2** review: Eaten here a few times before, typical KFC. However my wife ordered the Wicked Wings which she always likes. They were VERY oily, literally dripping. Very unpleasant. My Zinger burger was only OK, had hardly any of the Mayo on it. Not good enough KFC Nunawading!! We visit Fast food restaurants for quick efficient service, which yesterday we got. However the food itself was uncharacteristically awful! Usually most KFCs, like Maccas, etc have very consistent food quality. Food may not be great, but it's usually quick, fresh and tasty. FAIL.

Today was a busy day at KFC, but the staff handled it beautifully, food was hot and delicious, definitely worth the drive to this store.

last friday, i entered kfc with my friends for an early dinner, a little greek brunette girl at the cash register served us with an amazing smile. She had told us that the food would take a little longer the usual yet was very kind and helpful. she needs a pay rise asap, she put love into the food and made it extra yummy and was a 10/10 experience overall. she even wiped how the table squeaky clean for us so we could sit down.

The team at KFC Nunawading have always been friendly and quick. Chicken is always crispy with generous portions. I've come here consistently and never left dissatisfied. Keep up the great work!

KFC is much like other fast food outlets in that you get a set menu for a known quality and price. Their food is always fresh and very tasty and as an occasional treat it is fantastic.

Just put through a massive order with heaps of special requests and received stellar service from Zoe. Always have good service here and never had a mistake.

Fairly swift drive thru service. Customer service was great, the young people that dealt with me were upbeat and professional.
The food was tasty hot and consistent with the KFC experience expected. Ordered a regular Double Tender Combo.

Ordered dinner here on the 13t/06 and was not disappointed. I forgot to ask for an extra meal at the first window, but I was pleasantly greeted at the second window by the young manager with brown hair who swiftly fixed up my order. The food was great.

Last night I went into drive thru 20 minutes before they close and ordered 10 wicked wings. After I paid and waiting for the food, they seems like there are issues because I wasn’t getting the wings straight away. By the time I realised I was waiting longer than usual, a guy looks like he can make decisions come up to the window and explained to me there were misunderstandings when I order the wings, and actually they only have one wing left. He asked nicely do I mind getting one wing and 9 original recipe instead and he also mentioned I might not like the deal so he can also do full refund for me. That’s a pretty good deal so I took 1 wing and 9 original recipe home with the price of 10 wings. Today I still have a few pieces of original recipe for my next meal.

The drive through was fast and pleasant. Food was fresh and enjoyable. The chicken strip's could have been nicer just a little dry. All-in all a good experience.

I must say they are always so so nice and everytime I have gone my food especially the chips and nuggets are so hot and fresh, I can say the best I have been to have been 6 times before this review each time have been fantastic

Was surprised at how friendly the staff were! Was on my way home and drove through the drive through and it was a breath of fresh air to have Toni taking my order and Te(?) giving me my chips. Both were way more upbeat than I was expecting and honestly I wouldn't mind driving 10 minutes out of my way to come to this specific location again.

I just ate at this store and while i was waiting for my meal a guy came in demanding an unreasonable refund on a previous meal orded from some time ago. The manager was managing him very well but he started escalating and was becoming quite aggressive and trying to intimidate her. She remained calm and 2 customers tryied to help but he was very rude and kept demanding.
Eventually he left with his demands but i think he did not deserve it but i would like to commend the manager and staff for their professionalism and for remaining calm with this awful guy. Great job Nunawading staff.

Shout out to the hardworking team at this KFC, especially Jamie for his work ethic, communication and customer interaction! Deserves all the praise owed to him!
