Excellent and professional service from Keith. I ordered a new vacuum cleaner online, for collection at my local Melbourne store. I was then notified by email that it was not available (despite the store saying “ in stock”) and the request was sent to Keith. He phoned me the following morning and organised express post the same day. Have not experienced great customer service like this in a long time. Thank you Betta Moe

Bought a fridge from Keith for my new unit and needed prompt delivery. Keith arranged everything and took the time to contact me with confirmation. Very professional and friendly. Excellent service and l highly recommend Betta Moe.

After my washing machine packed it in, I order a new one over the phone which was delivered (and installed) on the same afternoon. The old one was taken away along with all the packaging by a pair of super helpful and friendly lads.

Brought a Hisense google 4k TV and a sound bar very happy with both delivery for the TV was next day and went in store for the sound bar staff was extremely helpful

I like shopping here as I never feel pressured into buying anything (unlike other rival appliance and electronics stores I have shopped at before) and I'm always given time to think about things and make decisions at a later date. They're happy to answer any questions I have about products and are friendly and patient. To me, their prices are fair and reasonable. They have a wide range of stock and items to suit different needs and staff are knowledgeable. I much prefer shopping here compared to other rival businesses.

A huge thanks to the wonderful Karyn for her assistance yesterday in helping me choose a vacuum cleaner. Her recccomendation has been a lifesaver in tackling the overwhelming amount of border collie fur in my home. I am so glad that I followed her recommendation and purchased the Bisell, as it truly does the job of picking up the fur that has been resistant even with dysons. I'm amazed! The vacuum's quality exceeded my expectations, and the price was incredibly reasonable. Karyn's exceptional customer service and extensive knowledge were truly outstanding too. Thank you for providing an exceptional in-store experience and for delivering excellent results with the suggested product. :)

Shopped in Moe shop a great custom service very helpful the fella knew his produces and was very friendly will be shopping there in future and sharing with family and friends to also get great services and items delivered was arranged stress free and on time delivery guys were really helpful in bringing in and setting up showing us how to use our new items thank you all involved see you next time

Needed a replacement freezer drawer for the fridge I bought more than 2 years ago. The assistant was super quick to bring up my details on their system and getting one ordered. It's not like I was spending anything big on a new item but so lovely and helpful all the same. I am very pleased with Betta Moe, I will try buying any electronic item through them from now on.

I have purchased a microwave and a freezer recently. I still believe in receiving good old fashioned customer service. I have NOT been disappointed at Moe Betta. The team at Betta Moe are always willing to assist no matter how small a purchase or how large we come in for...last week we needed a Samsung Tablet...this week we went to buy a new lounge for our other spare room. Didnt need anything expensive but they still had a great quality one that fitted in our budget. Then of course as we always do...looked at new TVs.
