MDC Gift Shop

Not sure about these other reviews. Been shopping here for sundries for 8 years. The place is comprehensively stocked, including with kitchen utensils and basic tools that might be hard to find without going to a specialty store. The candles and incense are very affordable as well.

I would give a big zero to this store. The female store owner is a rude obnoxious B. She treated me like I was dirt. Wouldn't let me look around she rushed over forced my purchase by choosing for me. . I would like her to know I am a business owner. I am a land owner , home owner and probably have more in my bank than she will ever see in her life time. I really wanted to slap her face. Avoid this place. It's also filthy needs a good over haul .

we found a jar our friend liked and we were just looking around while the store women was just following us and made us drop our bag to the floor and when we were looking around she literally shoved me and went for my friend and grabbed the jar even tho we said we want it. When we noticed the price tag fell somewhere and originally the price was 3.50 in the tag before it fell off but later she told us it was 5$. Me and my friends were looking around for the tag and she said u won’t find it cus u took it out and said get out. Idk maybe she was being racist or just discriminating us for being high schoolers. This made me feel so bad we were even so nice.

Just like what everyone complained about. The woman/wife is the worse. I asked for the price and she refused to tell me. What kind of business is this?! A front for money laundering I bet!

Would give zero if I could. The woman, not aware that I could understand her, was urging her husband and son to follow my friend and me around the store like we were thieves. I would rather drop my money down the drain than come here again.

Went into the store at 4:10 pm looking for a specific item. All three staff members completely ignored me and then promptly escorted me out of the store at 4:17 pm telling me that they were closing, which they were not.

Dreadfully rude and nasty human beings whom are also discriminatory with no understanding of how customer service works. Horrible experience and would rather spend my money elsewhere. The shop is also very dirty and unhygenic.

Normally i dont waste my time on writing reviews, but my experience with MDC customer service reps was the worse experience ever, no eye contact whats so ever, they are absolutely rude with no manners. I would not be shopping from them ever again and i suggest anyone who wants to go there do not ask them a question because eventually they tell you to leave their store all because you asked a simple question!!! RUDE RUDEEEE

If there is an option to buy from somewhere else other than this 100% go to somewhere else because the woman is quite Discriminating and rude.

I have never met the worst service in Australia. Strongly not recommended. Unpleasant aftertaste from visiting this eatery.
