I come through once a week in the mornings to get a hot chocolate or a chai, and every time it is perfect! Perfect flavour, perfect temp!!! The service is great, friendly workers and generally really fast in the drive thru! Love the work xo

Excellent experience at the drive through here, nothing was too much trouble. They were happy to accommodate my special requests for my order. Although it looked busy, the service was extremely quick, and they even apologised for the wait (even though I hardly had to wait at all). They got my complex order correct and the chips were very hot and fresh. Super happy with my experience here 🍟

One of the cleanest McDonalds we have been in for a long time, with politecand attentive staff. Reminded me of what the late Charlie Bell set as the standard and experience McDonalds delivered. Well done all owners, managers and staff atvtge store.

I am quite pleased with this particular franchise it is well maintained and they for the most part hire friendly staff and train them well. I have a maccas literally 500m from my home and I try not to order from them because it's a sweat shop staffed by petulant teenagers who are just there to collect a paycheck. I will drive the 2km to go here to this franchise because it is such a night and day difference. They are friendly and rarely get an order incorrect.

Very well run franchise and I wish Maccas would do some recognition for them because compared to the one on Springvale and Heatherton it's mind boggling it's the same company. This place deserves your business. 5 thumbs up!

Best Maccas in Melbourne, without a doubt. Never have I ever had nuggets that are so fresh, crispy, decadent and juicy at the same time. The staff really does work hard to ensure food quality is awesome!

Highly recommended place, always received quick and fast service, only negative was during the monopoly promotion got ripped off a few times of not receiving the right amount of cards as they were using older packaging.

The cadbury McFlurry is literally just a crushed up flake on ice cream in a mcflurry cup. I.e. just a bigger soft serve + flake. Still taste good though lmao.

Today l unfortunately dropped my wallet on the floor in your restaurant. (l didn't know that at the time obviously!)

l was rushing around in a panic, going out to my car looking and then back inside, and then your very kind staff member Alicia walked up to me and asked if l was Steve. (She had obviously seen my name and pic on my licence.) l then noticed Alicia was holding my wallet and with a lovely smile returned it to me. She then asked me if l wanted to order and processed it immediately with no fuss!

l wish to thank Alicia very much and to remind management that she is such a great asset to your business! l certainly will not forget her genuine kindness and honesty in a hurry!

Quick and friendly, food was McDonald's standard, it was not bad but not good.

Absolutely fantastic food, fast delivery, and well made, one of the best I've been to in sa/Vic well done to your cooking crew. This is how burgers should be made. One bad negative if doing quater pounders make the buns the same size as the meat patty its very annoying

Awesome service. Super fresh food and clean ambience. Workers are super friendly, Avani took my order yesterday and she was so humble. I was confused in ordering a meal but she helped me really well. Well deserved review!!!❤

This is the best McDonald's in Springvale area. Near Sandowne Race Course. Easy access from Princes Hwy.

A regular at this Maccas drive-through. Staff are always friendly and very diverse matching the local folks in the area. Love the fact that our teenagers and young workers are given opportunities to develop their professional skills and taste working life. Always frequently visited by friendly people. Place is always kept cleaned. Coffee here is actually really good.

The chips tend to be fresh all the time. That's the most important for a Maccas meals. Some maccas I has been to, the chips were re-cooked and brown, taste horrible and it gave my kids diarrhoea. This maccas place is top notched! Come and support the locals
