Alice and Helen from Tile Importer were the best! They helped me select the best appliances, sink and tapware for my kitchen renovation. But for any home renovation their products are extensive, well priced and their service is excellent!

Can't thank Alice enough for all her help and support (& awesome choice of tiles) for our main and ensuite bathroom renovations. Doing 2 bathrooms at once was made so easy as every item we needed for both, were from Tile Importer with Alice helping me every step of the way. Thank you Alice and team (the warehouse team that delivered our mass of items were awesome too!)

We went to Tile Importers on recommendation from our builder and weren't disappointed. We ended up buying everything there for our new bathroom and the reason: fantastic service and great prices. Special thanks to Debbie , she went out of her way to help us with our purchases , she even got some items which Tile Importers don't normally carry. Nothing was a problem to her, thankyou Debbie. All and all , it is a wonderful place to shop.

As we are renovating our 2 bathrooms and kitchen, we were recommended to the Tile Importer by a friend, and it’s been the best thing we have done.
Our initial visit we met with Alice, she was wonderful and patient and product knowledge was great, making sure we had everything we needed. Once the renovations started things needed to be changed for different reasons, but it was so easy to call up and get advice for our best options, and they helped us make the changes we needed.
From all the ladies in the showroom that were so helpful, going to the warehouse to pick up our order we met Luke, who also was fantastic, friendly and made sure we had everything.
Fantastic place to shop we’ve had a great experience and highly recommend them.

Our experience with Tile Importer was excellent. They had wonderful customer service in store and the quality of their product is fantastic. We highly recommend visiting their store for your next renovations.

We recently visited tile importers for the first time and we were blown away by the variety of products available. We needed a kitchen tap were helped by Alice who was great in explaining what was available and would suit our needs and price range.. We bought the tap and have had it installed. It is perfect and enhances the contemporary look of our kitchen. . It’s sturdy and has a good water flow. The pullout cord is fantastic for washing big pots, dishes and cleaning veggies.
We were very pleased with the whole experience we had at Tile Importers and we will be back for all our renovation projects.

Hidden gem! I always check their prices last as it usually the cheapest. Alice in the show room is awesome and will find you the best product at the lowest price. Love this place
