BBQs Plus - Bayside

I visited BBQ Plus on Nepean Highway in Brighton in search of a spare hose and adaptor for my LPG BBQ. Not only did they have the parts in stock, but the selection of BBQs on offer was impressive. What truly stood out was the expertise of the sales staff. Both salesmen I interacted with demonstrated a deep understanding of their products and were incredibly helpful. Their positive attitude and the store's extensive inventory of gas spare parts made my experience exceptional. I highly recommend BBQ Plus for anyone in need of BBQ supplies or advice. They've earned an easy 5 stars from me.

I had an absolutely fantastic experience at BBQs Plus, particularly with Darrell, who guided me through the purchase of my Big Green Egg BBQ. Darrell's expertise and enthusiasm were evident from the start, as he patiently provided insightful recommendations and answered all my questions. The entire staff at BBQs Plus exuded professionalism, creating a welcoming atmosphere. My Big Green Egg BBQ has exceeded expectations, and I'm grateful for the outstanding service at BBQs Plus. I couldn't recommend any store higher than here.

I called BBQs Plus Bayside to inquire about a replacement ignition switch for my Weber Q and was assisted by Fergus. He organised a new/replacement one to be sent to me directly and it arrived today. Would like to give a shout-out to this amazing customer service - thanks Louise.

John was incredibly helpful and friendly. He showed us around the showroom and showed us how to use the app to customise the area to our liking. Highly recommend.

Extremely helpful. I was shown how to change fittings on a bbq rather than buy new gas lines and fittings. This saved me but cost them. I will be back.

Went in a few weeks ago with my dad. A wonderful Greek background man (Angelo I think.. too long ago I forgot) served us. Most knowledgeable and well spoken man I have come across for a long time. Fixed my Weber with the part he gave me and it's puuuuurrrffeeecccttttt 😁

Amazing service and product knowledge. Peter and Darryl are both excellent and very knowledgeable. I purchased a Weber Genesis II E455 Premium with accessories, very happy with the bbq. Highly recommend BBQs Plus, I will definitely be back soon to purchase a Weber Smoker.

I'm very impressed with the level of service and keen to help the staff within this branch. I was missing a part of my recent purchased BBQ, and i was ready to purchase a whole set. The staff went above and beyond trying to find the missing part at the back which they could not find. However they filled up the warranty form on me behalf, and by the replacement arrived today! Top notch service guys, keep it up!

Made the trip to this store while visiting Melbourne to pick up a product which was not in stock at other locations. Paul was extremely helpful and provided tips and recommendations for use as well as contacting another store to track down supporting item which only had display stock available at the Bayside store. Would highly recommend, staff product knowledge is excellent and customer service is exemplary. Help from Paul and BBQ Plus Bayside was much appreciated!

Purchased the Napoleon Rogue SE 525 over the black friday sales. Attempted to convert it over to a Natural Gas Connection and one of the gas orifice broke off inside the gas injector and there was no way of getting it out without damaging the injector, seems like the factory used a bit too much thread sealant and it just didn't want to move. Darrel from the Bayside store came down to have a look and have the parts replaced and the BBQ was up and running in no time. Great guys on the sales floor, but just as impressed with the post sales service in getting the grill up and running! Thanks Darrel!

Incredible service.

Ordered over the weekend, received a call first thing Monday morning to double check someone would be home to receive the delivery a couple of hours later!

At a time that our postal service and many couriers seem incapable of delivering packages, it's very refreshing to deal with a business that offers such great service.

Fantastic Customer Service. Darrell went out of his way to help us find a BBQ to fit in a preexisting space. He helped us troubleshoot minor adjustments to make sure the Beefeater BBQ would work perfectly. His knowledge, attention to detail, and friendliness were greatly appreciated.
