Been here a few times, My order has always been fresh and quick, Best hungry jacks!

Burgers are really big, and satisfying. Onion rings are worth every cent.

Great quality of/for Hungry Jacks food. Much better than the Highpoint HJ's. I did have to park & wait for 5, but the genuine friendly service equalized that no problem. Great work guys

The girls that were working tonight were super friendly! The sauce in the burgers was like telstra - pretty decent coverage, the chips were crispygoodgood and the order was ready faster than my first time in bed. Top effort 👌

Ive been to sone pretty poorly maintained Hungry Jacks at service stations, but this isnt one of them! Clean tables, clean floors and clean food prep area! The staff are super polite and friendly and the service is fast!! The quality of the food is pretty goid too! Def will come back!

Staff members very friendly & polite. Food preparation and meals made very fresh. Orders can be placed by online ordering and payment, staff on register can take your order aswell. Payment is cash or card. Orders can be delivered once paid by app.

Ok check it out, one time I got the 2 dollar chips and I handed the lady a 2 dollar coin and she seemed somewhat surprised that someone paid for a 2 dollar item with a physical two dollar piece of currency.

5 out of 5 otherwise tho... I was just there this morning getting some onion rings and they were the freshest best most good smelling and tasting onion wings I have ever had in my life, ten out of ten, even turning right out of the side alleyway was easy, someone please give the bloke doing the onion rings this morning a raise

Told me to drive through to the next window. Sat there for 5 minutes until I got SCREAMED AT TO DRIVE FOWARD. The staff were openly discussing the topic of ‘pedophelia’ and claiming one of their own co workers, was one. Unacceptable behaviour

BIIIIIG ups for the amazing service from Jade tonight! Honestly, me and both my housemates LOVE HJs, but we all agree the service is not that great at this location: things get missed or forgotten, and the general attitude from most of the staff lacks. Was so impressed by experiencing some great customer service that I actually asked for their name! Massive shoutout to Jade at Pascoe Vale Hungry Jacks!! 🙌🏻🙌🏻

It’s good but only if you order through their app or website , you easily get cheaper options and offers

Quick easy service. Pleasant staff and no issues with the order. Drive-thru wasn't busy at lunch time which was nice.

I've just finished HJ's new Vegan Burger and it was amazing! I've not been vegan too long and one of the big things I've missed is a good burger. I had to wait for the burger but the lady who brought it out to me apologised for the delay and the burger was well worth hanging around for - its also a good sign thst the burger is made fresh! It was petfectly made, temperature was spot on so 10 out of 10 from me HJ's - well done on your new, and very welcome, addition to your menu!

Tried the new Carmel shake very nice alternative to chocolate.

Nothing out of the ordinary, what you would typically expect from a drive-thru fast food eatery. Let's face it it's not healthy but at least they have a couple of decent vegan options that are quite satisfying.

They say the burgers are better at Hungry Jack's and they're not wrong nothing beats a Whopper with cheese yes please I'm a poet and I didn't know what haha happy days

Their Sundae machines wasn't "broken". 5 stars!
