best kfc in Melbourne. cant even explain how good it is. true peak of kfc experience. i refuse to eat kfc anywhere else.

I've ordered a 3 piece box with three extra wicked wings via drive-through this afternoon, however, there were only 2 piece tiny original recipe chicken in the box when I opened the box at home, what a joke!!! I am very disappointed with the service!!!!

Updated on the 2-SEP-2020: KFC team contacted me last weekend and I was very happy with the solution they delivered. In fact, I was pretty impressed with their service team, good job and well-done. Thus, I decided to increase the star to 5.

Very friendly, a guy named Nicholas served me well, deserves a raise ,the food was hot and delicious.

Cheers to Ebdi who provided an amazing service! He went above and beyond the usual requirements of a hospitality server. This man deserves a raise.

i LOVE this kfc. it’s the best kfc in all of melbourne, and i’ve tried pretty much every location. everytime i go through the drive through it’s perfect every time. the chips are always fresh… you don’t even have to ask for extra salt, they just have the perfect amount on them. keep up being my favourite kfc. i love flemington kfc

Came here about 2 months ago , I was amazed after seeing all these bad reviews. There either fake , or definetley mistaken this kfc for another branch . Only got to doing this review now , but employees Ryan and Rebz took my order and payment within 30 seconds , and recived the correct order and ate in store . The store was spotless and was obviously kept at high cleanliness standards . Will come again , and recommend to friends .

Good food, as expected. Tired that new twister zinger crunch wrap. Quite tasty and easy to eat on the run. I did ask the staff member in the drive through for that, and he said, I think i can do that. A bit confused but he seemed to sort it out.
Not the easiest to get to in that location if you're on the other side of the road but doable.
Can you add soda/mineral water to your drinks? I usually end up just getting water which isn't as fun.

Honestly best fast food in the area. Rarely forget items if ever. Always quick in drive thru even with large orders and staff are nice and friendly.

KFC has its unique flavour to it. Hate it or love it. I don't my giving myself a treat every now and then.

Great service fresh food & chips well seasoned. Waited over 20 mins after placing order this says a lot of about quality of food & customer service . We're compensated by getting extra item free making my sons happy to wait . Will return when in area as staff are genuinely caring even when under pressure from abundance of customers.

Gave 5 star as it serve halal food but really disappointed from the behaviour of staff and the condition of toilet. The management was sleeping as they know a particular group of people will buy food no matter what. Toilet was filthy and unusable.

There was a lovely young guy who served me and he had personality plus, absolutely the best customer service I have had in ages....

It's KFC, so no suprises with the food or the cost.
But, you know, they were open, they were clean, they were courteous, and they were fast... which is more than some of their stores can claim, I guess.
I'd go back on a night shift, or if I have to haunt the Royal Children's Hospital after everything there shuts for the night.

Excellent customer service the whole team understands the customer needs and respects customer values. Super fast service. I have been a loyal customer for more than 10 years. keep up with good work team. May god bless them all.
