Nice and polite couple. Limited knowledge of postal rates and options. Asked me to pay postage for prepaid envelopes and ebay returns in spite of showing the returns policy and prepaid labels.

I actually feel like it would be easier to get in to South Korea than to pick up a package from this outlet. Non existent customer service! Unhelpful and rude!

Bad service from a particular staff, not just to me (she failed to provide receipt register it into the system for registered post rendering my post untraceable and then placing the blame on me) but also was rude to another customer who had asked her for help. It is better to go to the main post office at St John street, they have much better service there.
