This place is an absolutely excellent dental service. I've seen multiple dentists here (my first one moved to another practice) and so have my family members, and everyone has had a great experience. Kind, caring, professional, very thorough, explain everything. Calming set-up to put patients at ease. Great place to go if you're afraid of the dentist and need a gentle, caring touch like me. Highly recommend

Great service always with a smile. I have attended Bayside smiles for 3 years they have always provided a great service which is well priced and while visiting the dentist is not high on my like list they do make the appointment as pleasant as possible. Highly recommend this surgery to everyone.

Have visited Bayside Smiles twice the first being emergency dental work on Boxing Day and again this week for a extraction, I can't speak highly enough of the staff and Doctors Amazing and caring they make you feel at ease from the minute you walk in the door. They take their time doing the extractions so you are left with a wound that heals incredibly well and quick and with no need to medicate to the eye balls to stop the pain from the gums being damaged.
Would recommend this practice to anybody looking for dental work.

I have been seeing Michael for many years now and am so happy I changed as he is the most gentle and understanding dentist and makes challenging procedures very comfortable, I cannot recommend him highly enough

The team here are always accomodating when an urgent matter arises. They are caring, honest and do what needs doing without unnecessary extras. And they always listen to my wishes. Very refreshing.

Dr Carolina (Carol) and dental assistant Ana were extremely professional throughout the entire check up and cleaning. They did their best to put me at ease and we chatted a little beforehand even though I’m the world’s second biggest scaredy cat when it comes to dentists and sitting in the big chair. In the end I mostly laid back and watched a documentary showing on the tv monitor on the ceiling whilst they did their stuff. Dr Carol kept me informed of progress so I knew when we were halfway through and when we were getting close to the end. It was well paced with a number of mini-breaks where I was able to rest my jaw regularly too. Other than the odd prod or poke, I am happy to report it was a painless experience (and I got a good report too!!). I’m booked in for my next appointment in 6 months. Couldn’t have been easier. I would definitely recommend Bayside Smiles. The team there are friendly, efficient and very welcoming. The atmosphere is calming which is most definitely helpful for anxious patients. The Dentist fully explained my procedure and I felt very reassured and confident in her.

I am a very nervous patient who has had a lot of trauma around dentists in childhood but everyone at the practice made me feel comfortable and relaxed and whatever needed doing they made sure I had no pain.

Everyone is super friendly. The dentist was communicating throughout the treatment so I knew I was in good hands. She removed the metal filling and reconstructed the tooth to look exactly like a real tooth. Fantastic outcome! So happy :)

Many thanks to Dr Caitlyn and Elise. We had a horrible experience last night with a clinic in Keysborough, I didn't think he would let another dentist look in his mouth, but Dr Caitlyn and Elsie made him feel very comfortable today, they spoke to him so he was clear on they needed to do. While watching SpongeBob on tv fixed to the ceiling and relaxing back in the chair he opened wide without hesitation. I can not thank them enough for making us feel like the dentist isn't scary and horrible!!!!

The staff here are SO warm, caring and professional that it's almost a pleasure going to the dentist. They really make you feel cared for. Highly recommended.
