McDonald's Footscray

I like McDonald’s here because all the staff here are the best at doing their jobs quickly. If there’s staff assigned to the delivery packing area, they really work fast. Friendly. Kind. The best at McDonald’s throughout the city.

Extra wide selection of Maccas pastries here. Croissants, etc. All areas of the shop were clean (didn't check toilets) staff really friendly helpful and seemed to be happy to be at work, so probably a really good team, no idea if the manager was there. Prompt service. Food met expected standards.

I hear so much about drive thru alot though haven't bought food from there in year cos it always the worse. I only go for coffee frappe that all McDonald good for these days. Meals are so dear and not what the use to be. Cheaper to get kebabs then McDonald. That amount of ppl the have complaints about drive thru don't stop them going always busy..

Have always liked this Macca's, always clean (but the result of that is the bins are always full), and the service is generally efficient and pleasant. The only downside is the burgers aren't always stacked the best. Eg. Tomatoes and/pickles stacked on top of each other and to only 1 side, meat patty hanging out the birger on 1 side, not enough sauce (less than standard), etc.

This McDonald store to work in is like no other, the various types of human being that walk in at any given time, the staff have been trained to ignore and keep working even being able to handle extreme events

Modern refit in the sparkling clean store. Fairly small with only a small play area for kids. The tables along the walls have power points and USB charging points which is really handy. Toilets were clean and fresh. Only dropped in for a coffee, which was well made promptly by cheerful staff. Only negative was the air-conditioning was really cold. It was 38°C outside in the morning when we visited and I'm guess inside it was around 16-17°C. Dressed for a hot summers day we were freezing and after 15 minutes we left before finishing our coffees at it was too uncomfortable.

They did awesome food cooked well and service fantastic staff were fantastic and very kind.

The blonde girl servicing us at 10pm on 26th of June had the best customer service ever! She was so smiley and happy to help when I had a problem with my MyMaccas app. I didn’t get a chance to tell her but girl I hope you see this review!

Amazing place, love the workers very welcoming. Had a delicious cheeseburger 11/10!! This maccas has a great environment❤. Everytime I go here I feel joy. Me and my friends got the family box and I ate sooooo much. I love you maccas😜. The toilet did have some left over poo though. please make sure ya clean that!

I've seen some really bad mcdonalds that's why I'm giving a 5 star, never been really disappointed, maybe sometimes too much onions or too much sauce but hey, it's fast food, well done fast food!

One of the best and fastest McDonald's, some other have terrible service or lousy food, this one has quick service but limited parking for up to 45mins

Spent quite a while here last night. Particularly in the warm arms of the lovely and very cheeky Ivy, will definitely be back.

This was the cleanest mcdonald's I've been to! It also had a range of comfortable seating. Well done to the staff for such a high standard of cleanliness - in the rest rooms and the dining area

This McDonald's is busy no matter what time you visit. Be patience. The staff act pretty quick to get your order ready.

McDonald's in Ballarat Road is a small McDo restaurant but very clean. The staff all seem friendly and are co-operative with customers. The service is great and the order comes promptly once it is ordered. The coffee is well made also. The tables are usually clean too. I really like this restaurant.
