I had a fantastic experience today - Pharmacist Dr Chai was very professional, kind and helpful during my visit. I was in and out within 10 mins and felt like I was extremely well taken care of. The security guard was friendly and greeted me when I arrived and the cashier was quick to ring my items up. I couldn’t be more pleased with the service here and am glad to have this CW as my local pharmacy.

I would like to thank the pharmacist that helped me in the early hours of Wednesday morning. I had just been released from hospital with a major infection. I was extremely unwell and the lovely pharmacist helped me with water, a vomit bag, anti nausea tablets and got my script rapidly… she even took me to the counter.
I wish I recalled your name but unfortunately due to my situation at the time, I cannot.
Thank you for being so kind, understanding and a wonderful person.
Even when the security guard attempted to check my bag (trust me, I was in no state to steal) the pharmacist helped me get on my way.

I am leaving for my home country in a week and I went to the shop to bought some medicines for my family and relatives in my home country. Most staff are helpful and security is doing his job. The reason why I leave a negative comment here is because be aware of extra fees you paid due to staff’s double check out of your goods when you buy a lot, they may scan your stuff placed on the kiosk twice, when you don’t pay much attention to their behaviour and are busy with placing un-checked out items. It is a part of my fault because I actually didn’t check the receipt against with my purchased goods before I left the shop, but since I bought so many, it was hard to for me to get everything out and check one by one. However, I don’t know staff is doing this deliberately or by mistake - this has happened twice: Last time they double checked out my Swisse Ginkgo memory tablets which values $18.99, and it appeared twice on my receipt but I actually received one piece. This time they double charged my Colgate mouthwash - valuing $3.99, though not as high as that one, it brings me a very bad shopping experience. If you are buying a few items at this shop that is fine, but please pay special attention suppose you buy a lot on your own. I recommend if you buy a lot, go with at least one partner, to help you check if you are paying the correct number of different types of goods, otherwise you will be charged unexpected more. Fortunately I returned back to the shop later today, they returned me the refund after their manager checked the camera and confirmed. But as for the last time, since I didn’t go back shortly after my purchase so there was no way of claiming the refund back.

They can post things, I don't need to carry heavy things to elsewhere,and the price of postage is cheap compared to other couriers.

The location is close to Melbourne University and queen Victoria market, which is very convenient.

I like using their app on the mobile phone to order things before I pick up things in store. I don't need to pay beforehand, just submit the order and wait for the information that the order is ready, which saves a lot of time.

Quite near the uni so used to buy vitamins, whey and other stuff here on my way home. The security guys here are polite and friendly. Say hi and smile to me every time when I was there.

I love this chemist warehouse all the staffs are very helpful and friendly, very good customer services and you can always find the products you want! I can even sent international post here, very convenient!How sweet! And they have all kinds of promotions every month~

Very helpful staff. Went in near closing time for hair lice supplies for my daughter and the staff patiently provided me a great deal of information regarding hair lice. Can't ask for more.
