My most favorite Chatime!
The drinks are fresh and consistent taste, the staffs are friendly, and the location is the best one to find.
Only sometimes might wait quite long if it's crowded, but still reasonable.
Try Taro Milk Tea with Custard (and pearl if you like) and the Earl Grey Milk Tea is sooo fragrant.

The new promotional material is odd. But it really works with their tagline satisfy your strange, which attracts alot of newbies. The store has been there for a while but the overall store is well maintained. I always go for their lychee GT with mix of Herbal Jelly and Lychee Jelly. The taste of the toppings really compliment the drink well.

The front is facing a free-seating area while sharing a divider wall with Lemon Bite. If you walk in the opposite direction of Coles across two vending machines, you’ll spot it ✨

Staff seem cordial and efficient too so that’s cool, bubble tea cool! 😊

This place is absolutely amazing. Chatime did a really good job here at QV, the atmosphere is nice, warm and cosy and the staff is really friendly, their milk tea/teas option is amazing, and also tastes really good. This place is probably the best bubble tea store in the whole of Australia.

I find this Chatime to be really good, and at least on par with the service times of other stores (I actually find the Emporium store to be way slower!). I'm not sure what others are taking about with poor-tasting tea: I've always had great tasting tea here, and I go about once a month.

This time, I tried the iced chocolate milk tea with chocolate mousse on top. I like the mousse a lot, but definitely glad I got half-ice. Love that they have a different lid design with the mousse teas. Chatime is great.

came here in the day time and the day time staff were nice and the drinks are really yummy and lots of variety!! bessi made my drink and it was rlly good and the ingredients taste fresh🥰

for most teas and milk teas i add extra ice and mix it a lot cuz it is very sweet haha. unless it’s milk shakes i think normal ice is fine! :)

Love Chatime! On a busy Sat night, finding a place to sit & enjoy tea was a blessing. Loved the self serve ordering system. No hassle. Short queue. Tea was ready in a few mins. No fault at all. Place was clean. Will recommend.

Was feeling slightly parched so i popped into chatime QV to order a cheeky tea but didn't know what to order. A lovely young lady Chloe helped me find the PERFECT drink for me, and let me tell you it was delightful. This fabulous tea connoisseur deserves a raise!! So lush xox

Chatime as a whole has nailed consistent bubble tea across all of their locations. I get it frequently and like the "Loyal-Tea" benefits that come with that. This particular store has a decent sitting area given the store type and the location it's in. A great place to just relax with a friend or two and drink some Chatime.

This branch is my favourite in Melbourne. I always go here when I come to town. The staff is always friendly, they pay very good attention to details of your orders and get it right.

They're also very quick and have very nice atmosphere.

There are several other Chatime branches nearby (and other bubble tea sellers too of course), but this one stands out just that much more from the competition.

This is one of the most convenient branches out of so many, because it is located right in the heart of this busy city. Even though there can be a crowd, but its never too much of a wait. Staff are friendly and efficient. Good quality milk tea overall. My favourite is their thai milk tea with pearls/ roasted milk tea with pearls. Also quite a few seats and tables inside.

I am a tea addict and chatime consistently offers the best blends of flavor. Chloé who attended our order made the tea tasting experience even greater by preparing the best drink and being particularly nice and attentive to our specific requests.

Pretty standard Taiwanese drink, but I like their service so I usually visit this one. Personal favorite is Premium milk tea with pearls and red bean, 50% sugar and ice

Get a membership card to accumulate points to redeem drinks (and get a free one on your birthday!) Gongcha doesn't have this btw

Came here when it was super busy and Teihana was absolutely killing it all by herself. She was running off her feet but getting through the orders like a champ. Our tea was lovely but you really need to roster more than one person on. Teihana 👍, managers 👎.

We always have a blast at Cha Time Bubble Tea QV. My all time favorite is Oolong Milk Tea with boba - less ice less sugar.

One good thing is you can always adjust sugar and ice level as you wish.

The only thing that I complain is probably relatively high price and waiting time.

Anyway, this is a must-visit boba shop for visitors!
