Moving to Melbourne meant i needed a new dentist. Bupa Dental - Bourke Street is my preferred place to go because of their overall consistent delivery of quality service! Dr. David is thoughtful, trust worthy and takes good care of me at every appointment. I'm very grateful.

This was hands down the best experience I have ever had at the dentist! Doctor Berry provided an excellent service and created a very welcoming environment. I couldn’t recommend Doctor Berry enough. 5 stars

I recently had a filling done by Dr.Midinov, and I'm impressed with the exceptional job they did. The dentist was skilled and made the experience comfortable. The reception staff were not only friendly but also showed genuine concern, making the overall visit pleasant. Highly recommend!

I have been looking for a new dentist to take advantage of my BUPA coverage as I need $6k in work. I chose Dr Liu based on his reviews. It turned out to be a good choice. He is trustworthy, skilled, and has a great chairside manner. My wife will also be becoming a patient. Reception /admin staff were also very good - professional, knowledgeable, and friendly.

I had a root canal at the BUPA clinic on Bourke St, Melbourne. I am a very nervous patient but I couldn't be happier with my experience. Dr. Izzat Midinov’s skills are exceptional, I can’t recommend him enough. He explained all my options and answered all my questions. The procedure was virtually painless, and the follow-up care was thorough. The atmosphere in the clinic was warm and welcoming, making me feel at ease. I highly recommend this practice and especially Dr. Izzat for his caring and patient centred approach.

The best dental for regular checkups and clean up. I had an appointment with Helen. She was friendly, professional, and attention to detail.

First time visiting Bupa Dental, Dr David is excellent, can't feel any pain during the surgery, he's so patient and thoughtful.

Staff are very friendly and accommodating, they are always trying to ensure I am comfortable. Clean and filling appointments were very pleasant, good experience. Dr Lachlan was great, he explains everything that needs to be done to my teeth, what to expect etc. Overall excellent dental experience.

Font of house staff are always friendly and very helpful. Dr David Liu is a great dentist with a wonderful calming manner. I have been anxious going to the dentist in the past but not any more. He always puts me at ease and explains every aspect of the treatments he is providing. I highly recommend Bourke street BUPA.

Hi, I am new patient to visit this dental clinic and I am really appreciate Dr David Liu professional attitudes and showed patience to explain the dental procedures. Highly recommended him to be my regular dentist as it is difficult to find good one.
Also the receptionists are very nice and helpful and sincere to my a bit delay.

My dental experience with Dr. David Liu was awesome. He was able to extract my wisdom tooth quickly and pain free. Tbh I didn’t expect such painless experience. I’ll definitely recommend him for any dental procedures. Kudos as well to his assistant.

Had an appointment with Helen today and she have done a phenomenon job. Great service, attention to details and explain to me everything . I have been to Bupa dental number of time but she is the best , even today is the first time with her.

Amazing experience ag Bupa dental on Bourke street; reception staff were kind and respectful; the practitioners were the same and made me feel comfortable. Everything was explained in detail and pictures of my teeth were taken and shown to me regarding my treatments. Definitely recommend this practice.

I would highly recommend anyone to come here!! My dentist Gina and all of the dental hygienists I have seen (Beth and Charlotte) have been amazing. I have extreme medical anxiety, and every single person here has been so helpful and accommodating. I can't thank them enough for helping me through my fears by talking me through each procedure, making sure I'm comfortable at each step, and just overall being super kind and understanding.

On top of that the facilities are immaculately clean and well presented. I will never go anywhere else in Melbourne!

I was quite nervous coming into Bupa Dental (aren’t we all) as I have had poor experiences at the Dentists (not with Bupa) in the past in regards to teeth cleaning procedures. With my wedding coming up I thought it woukd be a good time for a check-up and clean and my word, what a decision it was to come here.

I was attended to by the dentist Helen who was nothing short of accomodating, patient and excellent in her work. She was careful to ensure I understood the current state of my teeth and provided excellent advice on how to care for them moving forward. The clean itself was the best part. What I thought would be a nervewracking experience was actually quite enjoyable. So much so, that I do not recall letting out a verbal sound of pain, which is a testament to Helen’s care and excellence.

Really happy with my experience and I send my thanks to Helen for building up my positive experience at the Dentists. Will definitely be back to see her.

This is the best dental clinic I have been to. I have been a client there for a few years now and was always happy with the treatments I have received. My son aged 5, also liked coming there for a check up. Very kid- friendly. Highly recommend.
