Amazing customer service and interactions! Highly recommended

Pretty friendly staff and have always received good service from buying uniform to book pack and stationary.

Now I don't understand what all the negative reviews are about and really feel that I have to address them.

First of all, people of course should be doing their research because when you're sending you're kids to a private school it comes with other costs such as buying uniform from a specific place which will obviously come at a cost. People complaining here probably haven't done their research before having their children admitted to Sirius college or should send their children to a public school or they're not aware of how private schools operate.

Secondly, they have the right to close their shop at 5:00 PM and if they tell people to hurry up near to closing time then the people complaining about it are in the wrong. Every store in Australia asks their customers to wrap up and announce to proceed to checkout counters when they're about to close.

I've been coming here for many years for 2 kids and have not once felt that they push to be quick or provide rude service. The ladies infact are so patient and even help out with multiple sizes for the kids to try on and give honest opinions about the sizes.

And being in a multicultural environment I personally have no problem with the staff talking to each other in Turkish if they feel comfortable.
