I am impressed with the customer service at this place. Thank you to the friendly and caring ladies that assisted me with my postage today. Thank you both immensely.

Whoever is the driver for deliveries in my local area in Reservoir, is an absolute legend. Delivers after hours, super polite and friendly. Discreet drop offs when I'm not home. I've had many packages delivered over the last two years through covid, and I've had fantastic deliveries from this gentleman. Auspost, I want to recognize this driver, so please contact me!

Excellent Australia Post Store! The service is fantastic, I've always found the staff to be both friendly and helpful. It's usually busy, but manageably so. I've never found I've had to wait long to be served. Parking is good, I only had one time in about the 30 times I've gone there where I couldn't find a park.

I got my parcel delivery on Sunday, its long weekend and wasn't expected that. I didn't check the status but they posted all steps done.

I appreciate that Australia Post working hard in this COVID-19 era.

Best post office and service by far.very convenient to also have the early parcel pick up available.never had an issue here.

The professional team at Somerton Business Centre was quite helpful to me. I wasn’t sure what supports I should use for our huge backyard pergola/deck setup. I ended up ordering half a truckload of 8 x 8 hardwood posts, and the quality was pretty good. Would have given them four stars if their delivery services were better.

No knock on door but I’m home. Heard dog bark around 10.00am go to front door look around no parcel. Leave door open as parcel coming today. Over an hour later I receive message parcel delivered at 10.03. Well I know it wasn’t because I opened door straightaway when dog barked. There is a photo of him holding parcel mid air. Not where it’s supposed to be left. Another theft by delivery driver. I believe it’s the same guy that took my parcel after signing for it several weeks ago. Enough is enough. In 13 years only had one issue years ago. He needs to lose his job.

Did not even attempt to deliver my package and sent it straight to the post office because"the lockers are full", now I do not have time to go collect my package
