Very helpfull staff. Working for Aus Post would be hard and they do a great job dealing with the public and many businesses.

Tried to post some items via Registered Letter. Told me they were too thick to post as letters, even though they fit through the measuring tool they have. Never had an issue posting the same items at any other post office. I go to the Oakleigh post office now - the staff at Oakleigh are lovely.

Please attention to this post office. I send parcels at this post office almost every week. The same thing, about the weight, has always been well served. I believe that the Indians have recently been transferred to Chinese management.
Today, I went to this post office to post as usual. The normal postage for 7kg to Sydney is 32$, because I know that it is usually about 23$, so I asked the staff is the price was increased or the rules were changed. It seemed that the boss was exposed Lie, very rude answer, this is the rule of his shop, within 10 minutes, the same thing, the same weight, I go to another post office, only 23$,
I am also Chinese, please this boss, don't contaminate the image of the Chinese and the brand of Australia Postoffice

Terrible service legitimate and valid documents provided for title transfer verification but licence had 1 letter slightly faded but still visible and they rejected to process the form. Went to another post office which offered much better service and were more polite during the whole process and accepted the same documents. Never will I go to this auspost again.

Thanks for Huntingdale LPO for securing a bad day after another in my life. Opening time is shorter than my work hour and only allows 5 days for me to pick up. Asking annual leave for parcel pickup? Yes I have to.

Terrible, terrible customer service with an awful attitude

It was one of my worst experience with Aus post. They hire unprofessional employees in this branch who don’t have an idea about the services and what ever you ask they need to check and come up with wrong answer.

The staff have absolutely no idea of what's going on. !!!!!They think they are better than anyone ?? I will never use the L.P.O. again I'd rather walk to the next suburb :)

Ridiculous LPO. Driver complained me to Huntingdale LPO that I put too much parcels in the street box and the staffs in Huntingdale post office requested me in the future to bring parcels in the shop during its business hours.

What's the point for street box? That's insane.
