The costumer service is beyond what you expect. Everytime I go in, the guys are super helpful. Nothing is ever too much trouble. I wouldn’t look any further than Altegra.

We have the Heavy Duty 3m x 3m. This is an outstanding product. Well made and durable. We have had ours now for 10 years and it is in excellent condition still. It has withstood some pretty severe weather on our camping trips and put other products to shame. Given its durability against imported gazebos it is a no brainer to invest in an Altegra. The company service has also been excellent when we purchased accessory elements. Buy Australian.

I purchased the Pro-lite marquee, window wall, solid wall for when weather is shocking, printed back wall, and awning for 1 side. All products are brilliant quality. Marquee is really sturdy, window wall lets in the correct amount of breeze and I can easily zip shut if it rains. Printed wall is super, colours are bright and true and they printed it promptly from a design I prepared on Canva. Scott also really helpful express shipping a replacement leg when someone drove into it!
My set up looks much more professional and sales are up!:)

The best buy I have made for my caravan rebuild. Super easy to setup. We have now tested this in Windy & raining conditions (40+mm of Rain) & it worked perfectly. Now we are looking to purchase more accessories for this Exy Annex. It was well worth the price we paid. Thanks. +++++

Altegra is a company here for the long haul. recently needed some spare parts for a 10 year old Gazebo that I was doubtfull could be rebuilt after succumbing to an extreme weather event. They were able to help with all parts in stock, very happy customer

We have purchased 4 Heavy Duty 6 x 3 M and 1 Heavy Duty 3 x 3 gazebos from Altegra that we use for outdoor events in the unpredictable Melbourne weather.
I have had an amazing experience right from the initial advise, to quotation, delivery and after sales service.
The product including the printing and branding has been excellent.

It may look very calm and peaceful but we had torrential rain and very strong winds on our recent holiday. I am so glad we bought the Altegra Pro Lite 3X3M gazebo. We had 2 side walls with windows, so when it was sunny we enjoyed the view, but when it rained we could close it up and keep dry. There was so much rain we had to put our sons tent under cover as well. The material is great quality, (best that we have seen) but it is not stiff like heavy canvas.
Even with the strongest winds, the canopy held firm and I have seen other canopies get destroyed in strong winds.
And it fits in the back of the wagon. :) We think this is the best gazebo that we have seen on the market. Highly recommended.
The customer service at Altegra was excellent and there are plenty of accessories.
Make sure you buy the heavy duty peg and guy rope kit.

I have been dealing with Scott from Altegra for years now and can only recommend his business highly. We have purchased several outdoor marquees from him which are sturdy and an excellent quality. Our marquees are used for business on both days every weekend and quality is of utmost importance to us. We have also purchased several banner form Scott which look fabulous and are excellent quality too. Scott is very responsive, helpful and all around a pleasure to deal with.

We've used Altegra for any years and the tents are still going strong! We've had them for 6-7 years now and use them at events every month. Recently we've needed to replace some small parts including a whole leg, and the team are really helpful. Parts are affordable and delivery is quick!

We have the 4x4 with 50mm poles, 2 fly walls and 2 window walls (fun when it gets wet). We also use the 3m table with additional shelf. Ultimate camping setup! Recently did a torrential rain weekend with my brother who now rolls the same setup. We bought and used the Velcro water gutter and it worked a charm. Units are incredible quality, buy once sorta stuff. If it goes south you can buy every part you need to repair. The exact sorta gear I’m after. Now have 5 people I know who have bought gear after experiencing in person the quality of these units. For example we put 2x20KG water jerries on one end of our 3m bench without the slightest incident. This stuff is made tough.

I purchased the compact gazebo and custom canopy from Altegra, and the quality of the print is outstanding – the images are clear and high resolution, and the colours were vibrant and true to the image I had supplied – just as I had pictured. Sadly there was an issue after several uses of the frame a few months later, but this was immediately resolved as soon as I contacted Altegra. Scott even called me to let me know they would replace it right away and a new frame quickly arrived in a couple of days. This is a company that really cares about their customers, and I am so happy to have purchased from them. I would recommend Altegra to friends, family and other business owners looking for an outdoor gazebo or marquee.

We have a permanent 3 x 3 marquee on our shop deck these are amazing quality just replace the canopy about every 4 years

Could not be happier with the pre and post sales service of Altegra, and their product. I purchased a Heavy Duty Gazebo with standard canopy and side walls from Altegra after researching the specs of their products and comparing them to the opposition. That research included emails and phone calls, request for photos and comparison of components. Allegra's sales staff were more than happy to assist. Altegra's cast aluminium joints, pull ring adjustors and high pitched roof are just some of the features that I love about this gazebo. It was difficult to find a package that had it all but this one definitely does.

I also recommend the Big Wheel Marquee Bag. The design makes pickup a breeze and it made my 3 x 4.5m gazebo easier to pack away and transport than my previous 3x3 gazebo of a different brand.

My conclusion, in an "apples with apples" comparison, the Altegra Heavy Duty Gazebo, with its lifetime frame warranty, hands down represents the best quality and best value for money gazebo / marquee on the Australian market.

My Gazebo was dispatched immediately and I received tracking information that was accurate. Unfortunately my gazebo was damaged by the freight company during transport. It wasn't Altegra's fault. Despite this, the company owner took it upon himself to personally resolve the situation, doing everything within his power to make good on the problem. I received a replacement part in a timely manner with an email describing how to undertake the simple repair. The benefit of having a completely rebuildable gazebo. And a personal touch, I even received and email from the company owner to check that I had received everything and managed the repair okay.

I setup this gazebo with ease (two people), and it sheltered my family over a four day weekend which literally had everything thrown at it. Hot sun, rain and strong winds. Packup was just as simple and the Big Wheel bag conveniently had a pocket for everything.

This is a company that evidently cares about its customers and reputation. I thoroughly recommend them for your next gazebo / marquee. You won't be disappointed.

I purchased the 1.5m table/bench for use over Christmas camping. Best upgrade ever!! I finally have a bench that is tall enough to prep food/wash dishes at without busting my back by leaning over on flimsy tables that are too low. Super easy to put together too. After having purchased my Altegra Gazebo in 2009, it has been a part of my camping and dog competitive travels nationwide ever since. I estimate 3-4 months per year 'on the road', using it as a mess tent, dog kennel and shelter. Recently we needed to purchase a new roof, after, once again,🙄 someone's cheaper gazebo took off in a gust and rolled across ours, ripping our roof. We asked the staff if we could put our kennel name on the roof and they went one better. Their professionalism is fabulous and we're thrilled to bits. Can't wait for borders to open and hit the road north for the Northern Territory and Queensland winter dog show circuit once more.

Darley Cricket Club bought 3 x 6m x 3m Foldaway Gazebos to provide shade at our 3 grounds. Guys really happy with them; the process of dealing with Altegra in getting prices and delivery times was stress free with all queries being answered quickly. Just used our branded 40mm 3mx3m gazebo/marquee from Altegra at our weekly market stall. Very satisfied with our investment. Life-long warranty on the frame alone makes this a no-brainer. Colours and fabric on the canopy are vibrant and feel sturdy. 12 month warranty on that. Great personal communication and service too.

We have used Altegra for years for our tents for our Bike Shops. Fantastic quality always, but the last order we did was the best. I was running late to order new tent tops, and sent an email on the 23rd December, not expecting a reply until January. Amazingly, Scott got back to me and finalised the design over Christmas week.
Tent tops arrived in less than two weeks !! Impressive, considering most businesses wont even operate over this period. Thanks, Altegra, VERY good service.
