Alex Theatre St Kilda

A theatre I've been wanting to tick off since moving to the area and so glad I did. Sound quality was perfect, it seemed there were no "bad seats" or restricted views. We were in the mezzanine level and it was perfect. Staff we lovely and efficient. Hugely talented cast of people in the naughty Christmas play we saw there. Will definitely be back for more shows.

Very witty and deliciously naughty evening. Fantastic costume, great damcing and singing. Couldn't pick my favourite but if I had to...Santa and his elf. Hilarious. Santa will never be the same!!!

Fantastic show, laughed from the start of the show, all the way through to the end.

Saw the Kath n Kim Lockdown parody last night and it was fabulous! Very clever and funny. Such a lovely little theatre and fun night out!

A very naughty Christmas!! All cast members played their roles well.. super naughty indeed ;) Laughter through out the whole show. Would watch again - highly recommend!!

500 seats but still very cozy and comfortable. Great sound and lighting. Well stocked bar with awesome service and a funky and glamorous waiting area. Easy parking and the perfect location makes the Alex Theater more than just an experience!

Very entertaining, great value for money.
Cast was incredible both with each of their individual parts and performances, as well as very engaging with the crowd and were in perfect sync throughout the whole performance

Brilliant! While the stars and just 1 word sums it up, this is a lovely petite theatre for midsize plays. The staff is courteous, friendly and service is good. It's a neat play theatre and hosts some amazing performances Ive heard. Watched puffs here and I can say wasn't disappointed at all. But they definitely need more people to come and I would strongly recommend to visit if any play they're playing interests you.

A fantastic, hilarious night out. Haven’t laughed so much in a long time. The talented artists had our sides aching from start to finish.

First time attending independent theatre and it was really lovely and wholesome!
Thought it was very different having your name ticked off on entry and the bar snacks are reasonably priced.
The decor is always something to admire.

Theatre was very accessible by tram. It is a small theatre and well maintained. Would definitely visit it again.

The space at the venue is beautiful and very comfortable to have a drink in before the show.

A fun and high energy performance with much audience interaction. A different take on the 'normal' Christmas shows and pantomimes.
