Prorepair Autocare Centre

After getting a yearly car service at another auto service company I started to notice a strange noise when I pushed the accelerater pedal. I didn't want to return to that garage which I had used for the first time and found their facilities to be inadequate. I looked up the Prorepair Autocare Centre online and when attending there noticed how busy they were with many returning happy customers. They found the noise to be caused by a small part that had not been properly attached on my previous service causing the air filter housing to vibrate up against the car body. Their attention to detail impressed me along with the larger amount of well trained staff that were on hand to efficiently work though the steady workload of such a popular car service centre. I plan to use them in future after such an excellent experience.

These traits are somewhat hard to find in the automotive repair industry but I can say with confidence these guys are fantastic !

Highly recommend the team at Prorepair, I brought my car in with a suspension issue which was identified and resolved to a high level. They also identified and resolved a hidden issue which could have left us stranded on a drive to Canberra. The customer service team are friendly and they take the time to discuss the issue in detail and discussion options.
