Australia Post - Parkville LPO

Had a bad experience here in the past but today was great - they dealt with my legal ID vs preferred name very well (which is always a nerve-wracking experience as a trans person). Just have to provide the proper documents (for me, legal ID and whatever document/letter can tie that to your address). Very polite!

The service is above par here, despite the fact that most LPO's are constantly screwed around by Australia Post because AP do not care about their licensees at all.

Yet there are plenty of idiots on here who have nothing better to do with their time than complain and leave one star reviews because they forgot to bring identification with them when they came to pick their item up.

From constantly complaining about pointless things that have nothing to do with this LPO and are completely out of their control, to just blatantly making things up to justify leaving an angry review because they were upset that the LPO would not break the regulations for them.

Of course, customer service will be terrible if YOU yourself are a terrible customer. Of course no one will want to talk to you or deal with you. I'd be surprised if you actually had any friends at all, but seeing as some of you make a living out of complaining on google reviews I think the answer to that is obvious.

All these pathetic individuals should go outside and reassess their lives. YOU are the problem.

Nice local post office with everything you need. I served by Doug who was an absolute legend and helped me verify a whole bunch of documents. Great service

After many hospital tests that left my a bit dazed, I went here to do my Land Title form, I messed it up a bit, but the gentleman behind the counter went the extra mile to help me fix it, rather than have me go home an print another out. Extra special service, thank you.

Passport Application processed efficiently without fuss!

I like coming to this post office. It's small, there's never a long wait time, and the service is always good

new location feels smaller than the old location around the corner. the customer area could of been bigger.

Sent important documents for a couple of times here and the staff were so helpful with what service to use.

This is a great little Post Office. Passport photos etc, no queues!
