Property settlements are mostly complicated, and it's even tougher for a first home buyer. We recently used VREC for the purchase of our new home and couldn’t be more delighted with the service we received. I am a very happy customer and can only very highly recommend VREC. I had lots of problems with my bank at settlement time and the team went the extra many miles sorting all the issues one after another for me, keeping me updated on a regular basis. Among other things, they got me the extension with the developers with no penalties to me and they also didn’t charge me any extra conveyancing fees for all the extra work they did for me. There were also issues with another bank which was holding my bank guarantee that was sorted out at no extra costs by the team. I am very gratefyl to the team for the exceptional service and dedication! Great work!
