Thank you Tamara & Rick! I was so short of time when I came in for my prescription at Bribie and was cutting it fine to get to work. When you realised it was a necessity, your professionalism was second to none. I had my script completed efficiently and all in a calm and friendly way.

Priceline Bribie Island is one of several pharmacies near me. As someone with several severe medical conditions, I have been a long time customer of many pharmacies and by far, Bribie Island has been the best. The staff and pharmacists are always helpful. Even when they’re very busy, they take the time to ask how I’m going in general and look and sound genuinely interested in my reply. Yes, they’re a very busy store, but are always honest about waiting times and my scripts are always ready when they say they’ll be ready and they’re busy for a good reason. I feel extremely lucky to have found myself such a helpful and genuinely caring group of staff and pharmacists. They’ve all made my experiences there a lot better than many other pharmacies I’ve visited.

I’ve recently moved to Bribie Island and Priceline is the third pharmacy I’ve been to here. I’ve found they have the best customer service and pharmacist help of the three different chemists I’ve attended. I’m 72 years old and am on many different medications. The staff at Priceline are extremely knowledgeable and give me great advice on my medications.
I would recommend this store to anyone who appreciates good customer service. I’ve also got my flu and Covid vaccinations at this store and will continue to do so.

Priceline pharmacy are excellent. The staff are kind and compassionate and the pharmacists are knowledgeable and committed to providing the best professional service that they can. I can't recommend them enough.

I am so impressed with Ryan the pharmacist at Priceline Pharmacy Bribie Island. Ryan is so helpful and explains all prescriptions and what they do etc. Ryan is very caring, makes you feel very special. Also I have to give a shout out to Tamara, Sam and Linda such wonderful ladies so very helpful and always have a beautiful smile on there faces and only to happy to help show where products are and very helpful. I and my wife have been customers at this pharmacy 20 years the staff have always been good. However since Rick & Co took over a few years ago now the difference is notable. i began as a sales assistant age 14 in the largest store in the Southern Hemisphere. (Anthony Horderns Sydney) Priceline Bribie is the best collection of helpful chemists and staff i have ever encountered. Every single person working there are noted for a helpfulness. b cheerfulness. c someone you would like as a friend. go in and buy something and they will prove me correct of that i am certain. Jenny and her team are absolutely amazing! I needed my diabetes medication and they sorted the original script from my home pharmacy and dispensed it.

They even stayed behind after the store had closed to assist me. I couldn’t be more thank you to your team.

Absolute 5 star service!

So grateful to have such a great store on our doorstep. Went in yesterday and despite how busy they were I was provided advice on skincare and served and out the store in 5 mins . Great knowledge in the team and great customer service.

I've lived at Bribie Island most of my life so Priceline is my go to pharmacy. I can't say enough, not enough businesses have such a great staff, they are helpful, hard-working especially when its insanely busy but I see customers get frustrated and can't understand why they do it considering covid making it more difficult to find enough staff, so the staff already working at Priceline so much harder. In all the years I've been going to Priceline Bribie Island several days a week every week for the past 20 years, the staff have always been amazing.

This pharmacy is the best!!! With our overworked health system the staff here go above and beyond to make sure patients are kept up with supplies of medication - even when our doctors can't help!! We really need a better system for patients on ongoing medications. Thankyou to the kind and friendly staff at Priceline Bongaree that make things less stressful in times of frustration and craziness!!

Since caring for my elderly friend a few years now, I have found Naseem and Erin have both gone out of their way to make sure my friend who is very particular about her tablets, is happy. Their caring, professional and friendly service is excellent. The delivery of her tablets was also a big help, Robbie is lovely.

My friend, now in a nursing home has chosen to stick with Priceline Bribie Island instead of using the nursing home pharmacy because she knows and trusts and appreciates the efforts Naseem has gone to and is very happy with her familiar roll of tablets,

I would like to thank all the staff for looking after my mother in law and helping her manage all of her prescriptions! My wife and I feel good knowing she is being taken care of so well. She is always talking about the chemist.

Being new to the area I have found Naseem and the team at Priceline Pharmacy Bribie Island to be very courteous, helpful and very pleasant. Nothing is too much of a problem and will go out of their way to accommodate your requests. Would highly recommend you to use this Pharmacy.

I love Priceline Bribie Island! There is an amazing team of hard working staff who are very knowledgable.
The store can be busy but that is clearly because it is such a great pharmacy!
Andrea is a local on Bribie Island and I always see her and her team going the extra mile for customers.
I always recommend to my friends and family that they should visit this store for their health, beauty and pharmacy needs.
I just learned that they deliver to the local area which is really great if you're sick and can't make it to the pharmacy.
Oh and the pharmacists are awesome too! They have 2-3 pharmacists there everyday happy to give advice :)

Beyond amazing! Our little girl hurt her foot on some oyster shells down at the beach. No problem though - the lovely man jumped straight into action clearing it all up for us and dressing it for us. Then throughly explained what we need to do and what we need to watch out for!

Nothing was too much trouble for him.

All the other ladies were amazing as well - definitely the best service I’ve ever had in a Priceline - ever!
