Our 9 new pre painted internal doors with new handles have given our home a massive facelift.

We recently ordered a new door and a side panel from Doors Plus Mitcham. I was served by Sunny who was very helpful during the whole process. We accidentally ordered a wrong size for the side panel and missed a couple of items. By the time we realized this, it was very close to when we need to install the door as part of our renovation plan. Without hesitation, Sunny helped us to re-calculate the right size and chased up the order for us, so our renovation schedule was not delayed by this order. During the whole process, Sunny was so patient and helpful making it much easier for us. I'm very impressed by their service and will definitely recommend them to anyone who needs a new door.

Days after booking to replace our old screen doors, I received a call from Ash to measure them up. He kept in contact, as they were built and managed to visit earlier to install them. His conduct, work and expertise were of a high quality.

We are replacing all our internal doors plus the front door and the back sliding door thorough Doors Plus in Mitcham, Sunny the Branch Manager was extremely helpful in choosing our items with his extensive knowledge of each and every product in the store. Pinkesh from the Mitcham store was very helpful to us in choosing a suitable front security door and a rear door-within-a-door for a small unit. Communications were clear and timely and arrangements for measure and installation was seamless. Installers were equally communicative advising the day before and about a half-hour before arrival. Pinkesh at Doors Plus Mitcham was a pleasure to deal with listened to my needs, doing all he could to speed up the process (as my door was broken), communicated well and did it all with a smile. Ash the fitter was very quick (coming around for a quote before I even got home on a sunday), his workmanship was faultless and he defently went the extra with ensuring installation was the best outcome for me (not just was was easier or quicker).

Doors Plus were terrific to deal with and delivered an excellent result on time. They responded to calls when a small issue needed to be fixed and the tradesmen were very professional and highly skilled.

Fab at Door Plus Mitcham was great to deal with. He ordered my door that had to come from NSW in a timely manner. We were missing a handle when our builder installed the door & I rang Fab and he told me to go pick one up on the same day. Great service!
