APS Atlas (Shopfitters)

We are currently fitting out our new shop and stumbled across APS. I am really surprised by the bad reviews. We had the pleasure of dealing with Dominic who was so lovely and gave us great advice which saved us both time and money. Their prices are much better than the competition. Highly recommend.

Compramos dos bicicletas, desde el inicio tuvieron muchos ruidos, los frenos no estaban bien ajustados y al cambiar el cambio no lo hacían correctamente. Una de ellas estaba frenada, con muchos más ruidos al usar las velocidades altas y en general mal ajustada, casi todos los tornillos estaban poco ajustados, las ruedas y los piñones tambalean un poco, por lo que eran muy difícil andar rápido en una porque estaba frenada y con la otra no se podía ir más rápido porque no tenía casi frenos. Regresamos al lugar para pedir la revisión y amablemente nos ayudaron con la gran mayoría de los problemas que encontramos, sin embargo, no quedaron bien del todo.
Compramos las herramientas necesarias para ajustar los frenos nosotros mismos sin éxito, ambos pares de ruedas no estaban centradas y se tambaleaban, por esto no pudimos ajustar los discos de los frenos, para nosotros no es una opción ir tan lejos en bicicleta para una revisión, no se si valga la pena comprar en este lugar, aunque son muy baratas puede ser mejor ir a otro sitio y ahorrarse estas molestias.

I wish I could give him zero stars, Dominic, the owner of APS is highly unprofessional person. He would take your initial deposit. Would not deliver the work at all. He took ours 10% deposit of $5400 and when we decided not to go ahead with the assignment. We requested to return our money. Even though he contract stated that only $550 cancellation fee will be charged. He is untrustworthy and robber. Please do your shop fittings with someone else. Don’t suffer like us.

This company trades only as "Perfect Perspex" (acrylic sheet) which is amusing because all their sheet is HIPS(high impact polystyrene) sheet.

They buy it in bulk from china and sell cash only, no receipt.

We bought a bunch of black "acrylic" from them and a few other colors. the surface finish looks like acrylic at first but it is not blemish free from close up. the properties of HIPS is very similar to acrylic with about half the impact resistance and similar finish but it doesn't laser cut very well.

If you are contractor thinking about doing work for this company Don't, They don't pay their bills, I worked for 15 years for them and they were constantly behind and difficult to work with. They still owe $3.4k from July 2016 and I will take down this review once they pay up like they said they were going to. I also know another contractor whom I now work with that lost a large amount.

I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Aps shopfitters to anyone who has alot of TIME and MONEY to waste, who is looking for an UNPROFESSIONAL company to do their shop fit. This company is an absolute joke, run by a bunch of monkeys.
Save yourself the trouble and go else where, they might be abit cheaper than others but you will regret it, I did anyway.
I gave them 1 STAR because google won't allow a NO STAR rating.
Can't believe a company like this still exist.

worst customer experience ever..was told by a lady named helen who shouldnt be working in customer service or any office for that matter to "go away" . Texted and informed the boss and no response either. Never go even if they are giving away stuff for free.

Very unprofessional company. Only used this company because we had to. Would never recommend them
