Nice and affordable little place. We stayed for 5 days and felt very comfortable here, room was very clean, quiet and fairly spacious with all necessary goods. Lady at desk very friendly. Easy access into city by tram across the road or 5km walk(if you’re a walker like us)

We were very happy with our stay. The apartments were spacious and clean, the beds - comfortable, the staff - friendly. They have a secure on-site parking. The tram stop is <5min away. Affordable too.

We stayed at Park Squire in a family apartment for four nights. The place was very clean and cozy and the price was really good. It had a nice and well-equiped kitchen. The only issue is that it doesn’t have a lift so people with mobility problems or heavy language could be an issue.
We will chose this place again surely next time we visit Melbourne.

Apartment stay was fantastic, booked for four people and had a superior apartment.

Came with two rooms, one room had two single beds which was perfect for the little ones, we brought along our Apple TV to keep them entertained and it worked perfectly on the Wifi.

Room exceeded my expectations greatly, the night manager was also super friendly and helpful.

Only downsides here was that the bed was a little uncomfortable (however I do have a super comfy bed at home that has tainted hotel mattresses for me), the access off the main road can be tricky however I didn’t have an issue and there was a small amount of noise via an Interconnected door to the room, but this again wasn’t a major issue.

Over all a fantastic stay that the kids loved and conveniently close to the zoo for our visit the next morning.

Convenient parking on site both undercover and outside.

We stayed park squire for 9 nights. And for emergency we need to add another 3 night which is super easy and the manager is super understandable. The apartment are clean, cozy and also the house keeping service is top notched.

I stayed at this place last night and it was the best money spent on accomidation through out
my whole trip. The rooms are very clean and the staff were all lovely and great forparking in such a busy city. 10 stars !

I really liked staying with Park Squire. On the outside I was thinking, oh no, here we go. But I was pleasantly surprised to be greeted by friendly staff. The parking is undercover behind a secure access gate. Security cameras underneath also. The room was absolutely immaculate! Not a single thing wrong. Bed and pillows were comfortable, the TV was large and it was connected to the WiFi meaning we could stream our stan/netflix content direct from our phone. The room was so clean, looks recently renovated. The room was on the smaller side but it was plenty for the two people staying. Really happy with this for the price. Highly recommended.

Had a wonderful stay with my husband and two young kids (6month and a 3year old) was a great location super easy to get to and close to the city, room was clean and cleaned the following day (we stayed 2 nights) room was bigger then I expected with 2 TV's (one in each bedroom) service was fantastic helped me navigate which tram and where to get one and off to go where we wanted to and gave us a map....the only down side was the hotel looked a little dodgey from the outside but inside was immaculate however we could hear people walking up and down the stairs all night (they were noisy guests though)

Non-offensive. Good location, would give six stars but the tram line was under construction at the time of visit. This is not the motels fault, hence the five stars. Henceforth I shall always recommend this place for the in-laws to stay.

We stayed here for 3 nights during the International Airshow at Avalon this year. The location is excellent being close to the city, on the tram route and easy access to the main roads to Avalon and Melbourne Airports. The rooms are very clean and of a nice size with parking underneath. Our room wasn’t noisy.

I would stay here again, rooms are immaculate, the bed is super comfy and excellent instant hot showers, I arrived about 9:30pm the lady who was on was very friendly and helpful so were all the staff I saw on my stay they even asked if I wanted some milk, nice and quiet too in regards to other guests, there is traffic noise but that doesn't bother me.

It exceeded my expectation. The room inside was actually quite new and with decent space. Everything was so clean including the bathroom. Worth the money and happy to come back.

Great inn with reasonable price, the room is clean & has everything you'd expect to see in a hotel. If balcony scenery is not your top priority, you definitely should check them out.

I love staying here when my son has appointments at the Royal childrens hospital, love the staff very helpful and polite, rooms are amazing for the price. Perfect location, Tram stop across the road along with the service station. Don't judge a book by its cover, old age on the outside but beautifully modern on the inside. Highly recommended

I read a lot of the previous reviews and wasn't put off by a couple of the negative feedback l read about noisy guests in rooms, traffic noise, and untidy downstairs areas.
I have just returned to Adelaide after spending 4 very restful days and nights at this motel.
The rooms where all recently renovated to delightful light tones and good taste. There was quality bedding and facilities with superb efficient and quiet air conditioning.
The staff were efficient and obligingly friendly.
The location was awesome. End of the Tullamarine Freeway from Melbourne Airport 20 mins away!
Many trams an hour the 57 & 59 got me into the Queen Victoria Markets and Melbourne CBD in 10 minutes!
Car parking was easy, under your room downstairs and undercover from the elements.
I definitely will be staying here again, no doubt about that.

Located in walking distance to Melbourne zoo and Royal Children's Hospital

It is incredible that the Motel is close to wherever we want to go. Walking to Melbourne Zoo is a pleasure in a sunny morning in Melbourne. Room is lovely, clean and value for money, recently been renovated. Staffs at reception are very nice and helpful. I really enjoyed our one night there and would highly recommend the Park Squire Motor Inn.

Good place.. Good for the price. Nice calm apartment. Very close to the train station and tram..The first thing they would ask from you is " Do you want milk"😁😁.. Overall the place is recommended 👍
