Yuri at the Prahran/South Yarra store was so lovely and helpful, we went to 5 other bed stores today and dealt with a number of other sales staff (both other 40 Winks stores, Freedom, ikea and snooze), winner by far in service and price.

Buying a new mattress and base can be a complex and expensive purchase. Fortunately, we knew what we wanted when we visited the Fortywinks Prahran store.
Equally importantly, we met Yuri, a first class sales person who works there.
It took several visits to the store, guided by Yuri's expertise, to reach a final choice. During these visits she exhibited the two premium qualities of a professional sales person - patience and knowledge of the products she is selling.
We benefitted and are very grateful to her for this.

Prue provided exceptional customer service and is an asset to the Forty Winks team.

I needed to get a mattress within 24 hours. The team at Prahran Forty Winks was lovely and went over and above to help me out!! Got a great mattress which was delivered the next day by two of the nicest delivery drivers I have met!!! They were so kind and efficient. I was really impressed!!

Outstanding customer service I was helped by Helen and her wonderful colleague (apologies for not recalling her name) yesterday. Helen went above and beyond in choosing a bed frame. I wanted to match wall art to the bedframe and was unsure in which direction to go in. Helen encouraged me to bring the art in to be sure. She also very helpfully loaned me a tape measure to ensure my mattress would fit the frame dimensions. I picked up the artwork and both Helen and her colleague held up the art above the bed to make sure I was happy. Their professionalism and genuine willingness to help me shone through. That type of customer service is sadly seldom seen anymore but certainly not in this instance.
Helen and her colleague ought to be commended on their personable lovely nature and professionalism.

There is no other place to go for a new mattress.
Helen is super knowledgeable (and patient!) and made my purchase so easy - a delight to deal with.

Her knowledge and service was outstanding. We are extremely happy with the mattress we purchased and we highly recommend anyone who wants to purchase furniture and bedding to visit Forty Winks in Prahran.

We walked in with some knowledge of mattresses and the brand we thought would be best - after 1 1/2 hours of being given excellent advice from Prue we made a very informed decision. Prue has so much knowledge of all mattress brands plus their computerised system of individual needs. Highly recommended.

Great service from Helen G. She was amazingly helpful. I just received my Sealy Posturepedic Crown Jewel mattress. After three nights my back and hips are already feeling like they’re getting back to normal.

Great service and advice... friendly and super helpful. Renee was lovely to deal with and we replaced beds for the whole family. Delivery driver was one time and helped with moving mattresses inside. Got a good deal and really happy with the beds. Definitively highly recommended!

I am currently in the process of updating my home and needed bedroom furniture and bed styling assistance. I was fortunate to be served by Renee from the Prahran store. She took time to understand my needs before making a number of suggestions and then went out of her way to source items from the Knox Store for me. I recently made a purchase of 2 premium queen size beds from 40 winks prahran. Their range was extensive and the information and service was outstanding.

The friendly service and product information provided by Renee was professional and made my decision easy and stress free. The beds were delivered on time by Sam and his assistant who were friendly and professional. They took extra care to install beds and explain the operation of the remote control functions. They also removed all packaging.
