Awesome service and customer care! I searched about and saw that GMG Automotive Services will be the best place to give good quality care to my vehicle.
I have experienced absolutely top level quality professional service and excellent support on a level I have never experienced before. The GMG crew are top level professionals, passionate and knowledgeable of the craft.
GMG Automotive fully repaired and serviced my vehicle, and as soon as I went to drive it back home it felt like I had just brought a new car! I could not help myself but get back in the car and keep on driving about as felt so nice to drive.
I am extremely happy with their superb quality of service, support, exceptional experience and devotion to the art of auto mechanics.

Outstanding service from Gav and his team for my car. The professionalism and customer service goes far beyond what is required. Gav was transparent and able to explain to me what was required of my car for an informed decision to be made. GMG was able to provide me a loaner car with no issues, provided services above expectations and all at an exceptional rate. Gained a long term client and could not recommend highly enough to book in for service and logbook needs.

Took my car in for a roadworthy and the shop also informed me of all potential issues outside of the roadworthy process. Honest shop. They even performed a small favour with their hydraulic press after I picked up my car!

Wonderful service and customer care! I got my car towed there after having a problem with the fuel system; they were very efficient, they tried to find time as soon as possible to find out what was wrong and fixed everything properly after going through the issue and explaining what needed to be done.

I got my car back in a couple of days and at a very reasonable price!

AAA PLUS GMG AUTOMOTIVE is all i can rate on top of 5 stars.Myself and my entire family has been using Gavin and his late father Jeff Ross for over 40 years for there extensive range of mechanical services. Gavin and the team he has working for him are outstanding in there mechanical knowledge and customer service skills.The state of the art workshop that Gavin has invested in is so outstanding, they have the ability to do all sorts of diagnostics and repairs to all manufacturered vehicles. And of course we can't forget Bec (Gavin's wife) who runs the front of house.its always a pleasure to deal with Bec when ever you make an enquiry she knows exactly what is going on with in the admin side of things and always will find out for you anything regarding the work shop and get back to you very promptly. And the company also have loan cars available if you in advance.

Gav was super helpful and generous with his time when I got my new 2nd hand car serviced and inspected there. All the staff were friendly and they finished the job on time in order for me to get to work.

Gavin and the team at GMG are just great. Friendly and explain every detail of the service in a way which I can understand. A very professional place and I always feel confident my car (and precious child cargo!) is very well looked after!

Took my Toyota Corolla in to deal with a bad ignition coil and also requested a general service and inspection as it was behind and generally had a few issues.
GMG were able to do all this for a very reasonable price and worked with me to look at upcoming work needed and what to budget for it.

I always say you need a good doctor, good layer, good hair dresser and good mechanic to survive in this world. I lost my mechanic 10 years ago because he sold his business and now I can say finally found a good one. Gavin and team are what you call an old school mechanic who really cares about your car and you. They always explain everything and also show you the parts that they have replaced so you know why, unlike some places where all you see is the invoice.

Had my Skoda 60000 service, very happy with the service, went through each item, on the list.

Very satisfied with the workmanship here. They keep track of what has been done as well as what needs doing on your vehicle. More importantly, they call me during the service to advise what is necessary and discuss options on items not so critical, that could be looked at on a future service.

Have went to GMG Automotive for the last few years.
Service staff are very knowledgeable and will keep you in the loop for anything that is coming close, needs to be replaced and are upfront about the cost of any works.
