Pearl Chablis & Oyster Bar

Emma and the team were awesome! This was a last minute feed before a business event and I got the Claire de lune oysters, caviar sandwiches, and La Perla cocktail.

Everything was incredible, amazing food and drinks + an intimate but warm atmosphere that is perfect for me time, or with a few friends. Look forward to returning again soon!

Such a cool little venue and hidden gem. Amazing dishes, killer champagne list, service was attentive and overall a great experience. Located next to Pinchys it’s a little easy to miss but once you find it you need to try all their offerings.

LOVED my experience here. The food was fantastic and the staff were super fun to talk to. Mateo and Jess were a blast. My absolute favorite dish was the caviar sandwich followed by the bread and smoked butter. The oysters were delicious. Also a cozy atmosphere. Will definitely go back next time I’m in town!

What a little gem this place is. We were blown away by the quality of the new pearl experience tasting menu. Brilliantly prepared by the engaging chef, it was up there with some of the best food we have had in Melbourne. Interesting and delicate and perfectly matched with an elite wine pairing. Great host, great service, great place. A must try!!

My friends and I visited Pearl Chablis yesterday afternoon and it did not disappoint! Our waiter Jordan was extremely friendly and super attentive. He was also extremely knowledgeable and helped us navigate the through the extensive wine and oyster menu, helping us make our selections. The decor and ambiance were stunning (even the bathroom was lovely)! The oysters were fresh and matched perfectly with our wine and champagne, and the food was super delicious. You must try the caviar sandwich and the poached Murray cod, they were insanely good!

Amazing wine and food! Fine dining experience and was great to see Luke there as well, it’s always nice to hear the history and about the geography of the wines we’re drinking!

Once you find this place you won’t want to leave. Look for pinchy signs go up escalators and turn right. Amazing welcoming and friendly service, very attentive. We had a mixed dozen and the Pearl experience - highly recommend this dish!

Luke was super knowledgeable and friendly, taking his time to educate us on the Chablis region, the wines and oysters we enjoyed. The Rusty Wire oysters we phenomenal! Will definitely be back soon.

One of the cutest wine bars in town. Cosy atmosphere, great service and beautiful menu. The food is exciting, homely, and entertaining at the same time. MUST TRY!

Chef had an extensive knowledge around the oysters and caviar which was super interesting to hear. He made an effort to have a proper conversation with us about the products and the sommelier also had a wonderfully knowledgeable and descriptive conversation with us about the wine. Will definitely go back.

Came here with my best friend to celebrate our birthdays and did the Pearl Experience with matched wines. Amazing! Delicious! Exquisite! Fun! Informative! Loved the team looking after us, the food was extraordinary and we loved the wines and oysters. It made for a memorable celebratory night.

This is not an everyday experience. But trust me, it is one you shouldn't miss! The oysters are brilliant, and offered in a wide range of varieties. The wine list - if you love chardonnay - is unparalleled in its coverage of Chablis. We are going back as soon as we can!

We came in for a date night to sit at the bar. The service was exceptional, Emily (Emma) walked us through the wine list and was both helpful and attentive. We also had the pleasure of Max's company as he prepared our food. Super knowledgeable and down to earth staff coupled with great food and wine made for an amazing experience!!!

Loveliest staff - had a great time at the bar with Max who was both funny and knowledgeable. Lovey talks about food and hospitality. Emily was great with FOH service and looking after us - great wine suggestion that tested like heaven. Coming back for the new tasting menu!

A wide varieties of oysters were served, succulent and fresh ! Wine chosen for us was excellent , we all had a lovely night! The manager there is very knowledgeable , excellent service. Will definitely be back.

This was an absolutely wonderful experience. Our sommelier was incredible. So friendly, accommodating & intuitive. The oysters were to die for. The opportunity to drink wines of this calibre by the glass, was truly spectacular. If your a french wine nerd like myself, do yourself a favour & go. You won’t be disappointed

And oasis from the hustle and bustle of the CBD. Seriously so calm and inviting. The staff are so welcoming and knowledgeable about there wines and product. Chef served dishes with personal touch!
