McDonald's Flemington

Today Thursday 14/03. Whoever is the manager here deserves a raise. We usually come here, and is always pretty good. But today, I realized why. I’ve seen the manager going around, training and managing. The kitchen also looked pretty clean from where we could see.

Looks a bit boring and bad from the outside, but when you go in is pretty clean. Sometimes, the customers here leave a mess tho.

But today, the burger were on point. Service was quick.

This is by far one of the best McDonalds in Australia. It’s like stepping back in time where staff and management care about their job and their customers providing the best McDonald’s products to their customers. I come here multiple times a week and it’s refreshing and reassuring that old skool McDonald’s is still alive and well in Australia. Keep up the amazing service and work will keep coming for more.

Good McDonald, the service was fast and was clean too...
Enough staff to take order and make coffee..
Was easy accessible, have a good parking space...
The staff were friendly and the service was good and fast, that's was amazing....
Theu also got play space for the kids, for kids to play and there was a painting in the wall which I liked..
The sitting space is huge and good...
Overall it was a good experience with McDonald flemington..

My fries were the last of the old batch and weren't up to scratch, I noticed a new batch had just been made. I kindly asked if I could have some of the new batch instead. They were happy to oblige and the fries were excellent.

Great customer service when restaurant was clearly so busy with a huge drive through line.
Staff inside friendly. Manager on duty Will was great with me and all customers waiting. He was leading his team under pump so well, better than seen in any other restaurant.
You could tell his staff were happy which made customers feel great. He was approachable to his staff they really looked like they enjoyed working under him. He led being part of the team not just being in charge.
No one was flustered and our orders were all correct.

Always had good service unless I've ordered delivery which things have gone wrong , Usually cold but in saying that it's been okay directly from Macca's

Genuine Australian Maccas: continuously forgetting sauces with nuggets, removing pickles/onions in our kids cheeseburgers. The day they get my order right I’ll be worried :)

Macca's was Macca's. Nothing stand out good or bad

It's good . Have a fresh veggies like lotus tomatoes cucumber and ... And fresh Fry's and Pattys are freshly getting ready very other place U will face cold patty or Fry's are taste not fresh but in here everything are great condition.

When I went to the restaurant today. A couple accidentally dropped their McFlurry. The duty manager noticed that, assisted in cleaning up the mess, and offered them a new one. The restaurant has no obligation to do so as in it was the lady's fault. However, small getsures, big love.

Fast and accurate service with a smile. What more can you ask from the local MC.

I love McDonald's since the 80s.

Typically another great Maccas. Food great, service excellent and easy to waste away time. One thing I noticed was the rest room was extremely clean.

Only used the drive through, bit of a nightmare to find the entrance (opposite the servers in the back corner of the car park)

Quick service, friendly operator and nice to see them wiping the card machine in-between

Well done guys. Another Macca's like thousands other all over the country, same standards, same food same prices. This is what make you happy, you always know what you get. Never shocking surprises and grieve of choice.
