McDonald's Nunawading

I ordered using Uber eats and my fries were forgotten. It happens I understand. I made a second order since I was really craving those salty fries and I thought "I wonder..." so I called the restaurant and I unfortunately didn't catch the name of the lovely girl I spoke to but I gave her my original order number and the order that was currently being prepared and she said "don't worry, I can put your missed fries in your new order" what an absolute gem!!! Thank you so much sweetheart xx

My wife is currently using crutches and found the Accessible Car spaces too far away from the entrance to the restaurant. Please consider placing three or four along the Springvale Road side opposite the entrance.

McDonalds Nunawading is a very busy restaurant but staff know their role and all seem to just do it smoothly.
The tables are not left dirty, The floors and toilets are clean.
There is lots of space to sit down to eat.

They just do it well and that's why we return.

Sienna Gyspy Rose Davidson Rostami is a jaw dropping amazing loving worker. She helped me out with my daughter katrina and provided her with her happy meal when she was having a meltdown in the playground. She even took time out of her break to entertain my daughter and go on the play equipment with her. Such a kind soul. Katrina and I shall be back as this customer service was a 100/100 thank you so much Sienna Rosalina Roasted chicken Rostami. This girl deserves a raise!!

This McDonald's interior is nicely designed and spacious. Friendly and efficient service. My hashbrown tasted great. They also topped my Mcflurry with a generous amount of oreo crumbs.

The staff are very helpful, food service is very quick and the new renovations make it very easy to get around.

Kind and friendly staff. Very clean dining tables and clean restrooms. Love the library area in the dining spaces.

The longest drive through at a Maccas, but it's worth it because you're greeted with a smiling employee and coffee was served perfectly.

New "fresher" menu is definitely an improvement. Clean modern store, usually very busy. The recent renovation has added a homey, lounge type welcoming feel with the large bookshelves and padded benches. Most unusual for a Macca's! Toilets are generally kept in good condition most of the times I've been there. Parking is tricky sometimes due to how busy they are.

I’ve been attending weekly on both weekends and week days. Usual McDonalds menu is available.

In my experience this is a larger store with ample seating including a nice lounge type environment suitable for those working or studying. As I sit and type, there are others on laptops doing just this. (note photograph). A perfect location for a coffee and reading the paper. The ambient noise is calm at this time of night (Monday 6.00 pm). There is a play centre for younger children.

There is currently ample parking.

Over time I’ve experienced various levels of service dependent on time of week. Weekends are busy. My experience is that service is with a smile and as prompt as circumstances permit. Once my order was lost in the system but a polite point to a staff member promptly fixed the issue. Overall, the staff are excellent. With young crews, the managers do a wonderful job of training our children. Big thanks to them.

I recommend this McDonalds.

Drive thru is always so quick, and the food is actually fresh

Ever wanted a quiet space for coffee and a book while at McDonalds? This McCafe hits the right notes and gives you a place to think and unwind. Leaps and bounds with the fitout, and quality of the surrounds. Every McCafe should want to replicate this, youve set the bat for quality and expectations

Fast, efficient, clean and THANK YOU WHOEVER PUT THE EXTRA SAUCES IN MY NUGGETS.

Gave them a huge order and we got everything we ordered, no mistakes, food was hot and fresh. Did have to park up at the waiting bay for a bit (but like I said it was a huge order for 8 people) but even then the wait was short. Good job guys!

The store was clean and nicely styled. I enjoyed hot, fresh, salted chips and a delicious Big Mac. Well done team.
